Panache Erie LLC. proudly stands behind all products offered at Panache. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase, we are delighted to assist you with an exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase, accompanied with a receipt.
Otherwise, items returned after 14 days accompanied with a receipt can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. For items purchased on our website and returned, return postage is not pre-paid and must be paid by the purchaser. Unfortunately and without exception, we are unable to accept returns of any sale items, opened fragrances, candles, bath & body products, and certain specialty items.
After 30 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.
No refunds on Gift Cards purchased in house or on our web store.
