Signed an agreement for snowplowing for the 2023-24 season with Thomas P************ on December 11, 2023 and paid him $125 in advance of services. On January 14, 2024 he stopped at my residence and shoveled minimally (no equipment) and never returned after that time. Two neighbors also contracted his services and encountered the same problems. He did not return texts or phone calls from anyone and, to the best of my knowledge, has never resurfaced.

First of all this is not a "business" it was a one man side job.

When I met with *******, he told me to " come if over 6 inches", the total snow fall for the season was only 21.5 inches. The day the he is pertaining to I was called out of town for a family emergency & was out of town til mid February, and  had no acess to phone service, so therefore I could not text or use my phone.

On Jan 14, I did shovel the two neighbors, and started to shovel *******"s and he opened the door and said "dont worry about it we can get out", I then quit shoveling and left, it was cleared for him to get out. As far as ******* stating no equipment was seen, I do have equipment,I purschased 2 snow blowers & trailer. His comment regarding his neighbors having the same problem, they reached out to me via text (at this point I was back in town)and I took care of them.

Unfortunatley a customer went to the office where I reside, and was giving managment a hard time and stating I was running a business from my garage, which was incorrect. So the office manager  demanded that I HAVE TO  shut everything down FB, Next Door Neighbor & snowblowing  (which I am retired and just did to pass time) anything associated with the side job. Even though I was not working from my garage address could not be listed anywhere on line, etc.

So enclosing I am more than willing to do anything I can to help this situation, all I ask is for time and patience, because I have sell all the equipment & not permited to use my address against company policy.

I know what happened was my fault, and I have been taking care of customers as they are received and making things right.  By no means did I want this to happened.  So I will refund Michael $100.

    Please advise.
