    In mid-October, my wife and I hired this company to put a concrete patio in our backyard. We gave them a deadline of being completed by December 1st before our fence gets put in. They said it would be no problem. They said they would start on Halloween and never show up. At some point that week they came and framed out the patio. They never came back, never responded to any calls or texts until Wednesday November 32rd. The owner said he would not be able to make the deadline and was processing our refund. We asked when we would see it and he did not respond to any of the calls or texts after that until today. He explained he was screwed over by another homeowner and was out a lot of money and meeting with his lawyer. I then asked again when we would see our refund so we can pay the next guy to do it before our fence goes in. He hasn't responded. We paid $6,162.50. We want this money back now.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Abalsa Builders LLC regarding complaint ID ********. However, our bank has issued us a refund due to the claim we put in. They said they were investigating as well.
