      HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!! Wont refund my gap insurance check after car was completely paid off!

      Be very aware! I specifically asked for my credit not to be ran to different financial institutions because I had a pre approval already. They informed me that they would only run it to the financial Institute that I had the preapproval with however they ran it to 5 other banks as well which incurred me too acquire inquiries on my credit report decreasing my score. This was a very underhanded way to handle business and treat customers.

      I had a very bad experience with this company and hope people will check with the BBB before they purchase from them. First they bate you by telling you they PRIDE themselves on approving all credit. They assured by husband that their would be no problem. Then they told him he needed a co-signer. I was reluctant because I didn’t want my credit ran. They lied and told me my score was in the low 600 but I knew it was over 700 and tried to show them but they refused to look just said it was ok we were approved. They Lied and told my husband they don’t take checks so he left to go to bank to get money. While he was gone they told me to start signing. The spot where he told me to sign said OWNER. I tried to sign as cosigner but was told it was ok don’t worry. I’ve never been through this before so I kept signing. When husband returned he was furious. I calmed him down and told him not to worry he got his car. After we discussed it further I understood his frustration. I became the owner of a car with no driver’s license. I don’t drive and have never had a license. They also wouldn’t let us test drive. They said the car we were getting had to be cleaned up and they would deliver to my job. Again I don’t know much about cars but that wasn’t the car we looked at. They also gave us no temp tags. When we called no one could help us. Finally got a lawyer involved but they couldn’t help us because most was just conversation so it was he said she said stuff. I don’t see how they can sell a person a car without a license. This purchase was suppose to help boost my husband’s credit score. Oh yeah they do check your score more than once and mines was reduced by 60pts. I have talked to a x employee of this company who said they do very shady business practices. Sorry for such a long post but wanted whoever reads this to know everything . .
