    I'm an identity theft victim from the ************ breach. I have a current police report on file with the 3 major credit bureaus. My identity is currently for sale on the dark web. I've contacted Coco Finder and they have refused to remove my information from their site, which is required under CA law if the consumer contacts them and requests removal. I want them to follow the law.

    I find it extremely unsafe and unethical to post my information on the website. In addition to that, I can't use your opt out webpage because it says you can't access this item because it is in violation of Terms of Service of ******. So it's very fishy to give you any information.     Cocofinder hosts personal information and claims to provide a removal form. However, their form is intentionally broken it only accepts /person/ URLs while all their listings now use /name/ format.The company ignores support emails and does not respond to direct removal requests. A paid service I used (Optery) also failed to get a response after repeated contact over six months.The end result is that Cocofinder misleads users into thinking they can opt out when they cannot. Their pages appear high in ****** search results and have been used in efforts to extort **** am requesting that Cocofinder support and honor their own removal process, as is required by law.

    cocofinder has posted my personal data for public view including my home address and apartment number. i have made several requests for the information to be taken down as for I was a victim of domestic violence and am someone who has used vine services from doc.this leak of my private data could cost me my life and i need help having them remove my info. furthermore the page they give for you to "remove your data request a link from there website with all of the data you are asking to be removed.i copied and pasted the link and it says to copy and paste a valid link. they also require you to log into ****** account to even contact them collecting more data to add to your profile without giving you an option to delete it. also on there website they do have a fake phone number talking about hotel deals and internet plans something this company does not even offer. there address shows up as **********************************************. there is nothing legitimate about this company and i never had any dealings with them other than them explotiing my personal data and them putting my family's life in danger.

    I have been trying for months to have my incorrect information on Cocofinder and its related websites removed. I have filled out the form they require multiple times as well as contacted customer support via email to no avail. Site states listing would be removed within 48 hours. I am closer to 48 DAYS and still waiting. The *** to be removed is :************************************************************************* I hope you can help Thank you.

    I have submitted multiple requests to have my personal information removed from their website, and system as a whole. I followed their opt out form. However, when submitting the url on said form, it says the url isnt the correct format for removal. Therefore, I followed up with multiple emails. All my requests have been met with no response from Cocofinder.

    this company is a scam posting my information on a public site causing problems for me. I asked to remove my information and they refuse

    I would like my profile information removed permanently. I have been following the instructions correctly for hours however The Contact Information form errors when I copy and paste the *** associated with my profile. This shouldn't be that hard.
