*******. Was buying beer in **, same time someone used used my stolen information to buy groceries in ******. They said it's me. 3 disputes. So now I have to go through all the usual BS with the government.Trash employees like shaqueisha, ********* and ***** from the ************ in *******

Ask to speak to someone about a letter I received. After 8 calls 3 to customer service, 3 to some bankruptcy line, 1 to some redemption line only to be told to call another line in remarketing Im at lost how they operate with the lights on. WORST SERVICE EVER. This was all done because I asked one question to representative with Indian dialect about a check I was supposed to be receiving.

When a representative provides an incorrect address for an auto payment there is a problem. This was my experience recently and I do not feel confident they will rectify the issue.

Ally financial after agreeing to except a payment in a lower amount then my insurance offered for a total loss vehicle (which the lady from ally said her self that she wanted to make sure that I wouldn't recieve ANY MONEY FROM MY VEHICLE BEING TOTALLED). 1 year later I get a notice saying I owe them $3000 and I will not recieve my pink slip to my car until the payment is made in full! Ally financial are 100% crooks and should be out of business and made to payback their customers with any funds they have leftover for the bs they out us through

I called in to get information regarding a mysterious western union check that hit my account. The ******************* spoke with tried his best but we could not understand each other. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else who may be able to deliver the message more clearly. He refused to get me the help I needed and proceeded to go in circles. I want to know the activity going on with my account and why i cant be get into my online account.Call happened around 11:30 AM CST. I would like this call to be reviewed and I would like to go over account details with someone else.

Scam. You closed my card for no reason and affected my credit score.

Thieves they take your money and customer service is the worst. When they do respond they talk to you as though you are stupid

This bank stole 1000 dollars from me. After I deposited my money, they closed my account with zero notice. They never verified my address. Sent all my documents to the wrong address. And closed my account and my money is gone.

Ally Bank has the absolute worst customer service! I'm trying to transfer $100,000 into my ************ account. I tried twice and both times **** said, "your external transfer service has been suspended." When I called customer service, the b!^@* on the other end told me that my ability to transfer funds into my account from my credit union has been suspended and there's nothing I can do about it. Listen ********, I'm trying to transfer $100,000 INTO your financial institution! You should be willing to work with me to make it happen! I'm closing my account and leaving negative reviews everywhere I can.

Horrible company. Had a car loan with them. I refinanced with another company at a lower interest rate. The loan was set to be repaid. They began sending me text messages telling me my payment was late & that there would be late charges if I didn't pay. Called someone at customer ************** said that in addition to the late charges it would reflect on my credit report as a late payment.I went ahead & made the single payment. Well guess what. The loan was paid off & there is a negative balance on my account. They owe me money. When I asked when I could get it back they stated it would take 7-10 business days to process the overpayment, and then an additional 7-10 business days before they actually sent me a check.That's probably what they do frequently. Stall people in terms of returning their money so they can earn interest on their deposits.I'm a senior on a fixed ********** could use that $500+ they owe me... maybe use it to make the car payment that's due before they refund my money?Awful company. Will never do business with them again.
