      When checking my balance it states that I still have a balance from ******** which I had paid in full 2 years ago. I have contacted the creditor, ******** and they have confirmed that I have a zero balance with them and have both of ******** and myself have emailed proof that I have a zero balance with them. I have contacted this credit collection company several times and they say they can not remove it without ********'s submission, which ******** says they have sent.

      ********************* ***** submitted a claim to you for $130, nobody in the office has any explanation of what this charge is. Please explain to me why I am being charged this. I cleaned my apartment when moving out, the only things left behind was counter cleaner and bleach because I was moving out of state and couldn't take liquids. I was told the cleaning supply was fine when I talked to management that is no longer in the office.
