      They have been calling me EVERYDAY for weeks now from local SPAM numbers to make it look like a local ordinary call. I finally answered yesterday, 09/08/2021 to tell them to stop. Well the lady rep demanded I tell her my bday and I told her no as I do not feel like sharing my personal information should suffice to her telling me her intent with contacting me! She would not share why she was calling other then that if I told her my bday she would tell me what the debt she was trying to collect was. I at this point was frustrated and told her I am at work and not to call me again as I will get in trouble as this is my company phone. Well, today a gentleman called at the same time as yesterday to harass me again after I told them not to just a day ago. I want them to leave me alone as I will lose my job if they keep calling. This is my formal CEASE AND DESIST. Numbers they have called from the last few days. **********************, ********** which none are registered to their business!

      I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THIS COMPANY TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC SAID I OWE 58 DOLLARS TALKED TO A YG LADY *************************** WHO HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. EXPLAIN I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING.       02/22/2021-I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw a new collection/chargeoff from TSI/940. I sent a letter to Transworld System Inc dated 02/22/2021 requesting a validation of the debt with no response.03/27/2021-I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw the account still reporting. I sent a 2nd letter, certified to Transworld System Inc *********** Fort Washington, PA ******* dated 03/28/2021. It was marked delivered on April 1, 2021. 04/30/2021-I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw account still reporting despite the company never validating the debt or responding. I sent a 3rd letter dated 06/01/2021 advising they were out of compliance and requesting the account to be deleted. 07/05/2021-I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw the account still reporting. I sent a 4th letter dated 07/20/21 advising they were out of compliance and requesting the account to be deleted. As of 08/31/2021, this account is still reporting and I have yet to receive a response.

      To Whom It May Concern:  
      I am in receipt of the “validation” information dated October 8, 2021. The documentation forwarded is  very confusing and has inconsistent dates. Lease From 08/15/2018 Lease To 08/14/2019, Move In  07/15/2015 Move Out 10/20/2020 and Notice Date 10/20/2020. The statement provided:  
      “The collection of the above reference account has been transferred to Transworld Systems Inc  (“TSI”) effective 08/31/2019 and will no longer be serviced by NCC Business Services Inc.  
      The supporting documentation with this cover letter has a range of dates for charges from 10/01/2020 –  10/29/2020. If the account was “transferred” as of 08/31/2019, how can a collection appear on my  credit report more than a year after the alleged transfer date of the account which is also PRIOR to the  alleged Move Out date. Additionally, the Move Out statement is sent to an incorrect address and does  not specify who it came from.  
      Further, once I noticed the collection account on my credit report as of February 22, 2021, I immediately  began sending letters to your TSI 500 Virginia Drive, Suite 514 Ft. Washington, PA 19034 requesting  validation of this alleged collection with the below dates. All letters went unanswered.

Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me .       I had surgery at *** Hospital in Springfield, MO in January of 2021. I was told I would have to pay a set amount of money upfront before having surgery, to pay for what the insurance company would not cover. I paid that amount so I could schedule surgery. Fastforward to August of 2021, I get 5 collections related to billing by *** ****** for my surgery. Nobody ever contacted me about the bills, I never received the bills in the mail, and I called them to try to make it right and pay the bills, and I was told that the accounts would not be removed from collections, even though *** ****** is clearly liable for these bills not getting paid. This would be a different situation if I hadn't offered to pay the bills to correct their mistake, but they still refuse me the ability to make it right. So I would like to report them for destroying my credit, that I have worked tirelessly for years to repair, and refusing to correct their mistake. This collection agency is at fault as well.

      This company put a collection account on my credit without ever contacting me and then responded to my dispute by STILL not contacting me, only saying that it was a health care bill. This is 100% fraudulent, either on this company's part or on the provider who sent it to them because I have no-deductible health insurance and no outstanding medical bills. Either they are trying to collect a fraudulent bill that simply needs to be submitted to insurance correctly, or they are trying to collect a bill that doesn't belong to me. Either way, it's their client they need to sort out, not me, and I will continue to fight this until they correct my credit report.

      Transworld systems acct # ******** was put on my credit reports for $303. I am not in a contract with them and have requested verification in 2020 on 03/05/2021 and 08/2021. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), they are required by FEDERAL LAW to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed certified consumer contract and chain of ownership - of any and all accounts they request to be reported on a credit report. I demand to see a copy of the Verifiable, Validated Proof (an original Consumer Contract with a wet-ink Signature on it, copies of copies are not Validation and by Law are not considered proof), that you have on file for the account listed above. If you are unable to provide the request I ask you to delete the invalid information from my reports.

Please provide a breakdown of alleged charges with corresponding dates as I have been in contract with *** at another residence when these charges allegedly accrued. This is not fraud this you you trying to collect a debt you can not verify to be min. With that. I demand this error be deleted from my credit report.
