    We would never suggest anyone to use this company for foundation pours or flat work. We should have learned from their terrible foundation work and their arrogant foreman to not continue with them. We are building a million dollar custom home that now has a terrible garage floor that the owner himself, *****, agreed was terrible work. Our back porch slopes TOWARDS our house. He wanted to slope it away, but the forms they set up were drastically sloping, we said it’s fully covered let’s just do no slope and make it completely level. They clearly have no concept of level. The middle is level. The inside slopes towards the house and the furthest section slopes away from our house. Our front porch looks horrible! The top coat has peeled off all over it and our statement 8’ double entry doors have the concrete cut 1.5” off center. The cost to fix the terrible garage floor is about $5,500. He offered zero solutions for front and back porches. Our 10’ poured basement walls are not straight in two sections. Our brick ledge is absolute garage as well. His use of zip systems in the basement floor failed because we have big gaps in the floor where it cracked on the zip systems. We confirmed with several other concrete companies that this is not what it should look like with a zip system. He was only willing to take off $1,950 from our final bill. Every trade that comes in our home AND our bank, that only does mortgages, all agreed it’s the worst work they have ever seen. They also go by their initials KFS. I would not suggest them to anyone. Oh and he was trespassing on our property which we have on camera months after completing the work. We wrote him an email documenting the terrible work and he decided to show back up (to look at the work we guess?) that he had ALREADY seen with us inviting him a month earlier. If you are not actively working on our property or have current permission from us you are trespassing.
