      Things started out OK with Frankie starting in August of 2024 and went down hill from there. I have been dealing with his bad service and lies for 8 months now. I received the wrong part and was promised a replacement. The replacement was on its way numerous times so I was told. But somehow never made it to me.That went on until November when I then asked for a refund. My check has been sent out at least 6 times , so I was told, but somehow has never made it has never made it to me. This has been a 450 dollar mistake. I know now I will never see my part or my refund check.Buyer "BEWARE"

      This is the first I am hearing of this. I have taken the time to research this today and it seems a piece of frame was custom cut, at the buyer's direction, for a ****** Tacoma. The date of sale shows to be 08/02/2024. We do not offer refunds or replacements on custom ordered cut parts (frame or sheet metal.) This is clearly stated on our warranty disclosure in our front office and on our website. My mechanic/parts dismantler clearly remembers loading this piece and the customer accepting the cut being as requested. I am sorry that the customer went back and found buyer's remorse, for whatever reason, but we cut and loaded the requested part.
