      **** and his guys did a horrible job on our pool deck. We have little knowledge about what concrete works best for a pool surround. **** offered no advice. The concrete we chose is extremely slippery when wet. As a man who does this for a living, he should have offered his professional opinion, and advised against getting stamped concrete for that reason. Also, the inside surround of the pool is extremely jagged and sharp all the way around. We have small children and they are constantly slipping and scraping their legs on the concrete. One of our friends children actually started bleeding from how badly she scraped her skin. When we told **** about it, he said whoever finished this did a bad job. He offered no suggestions nor did he offer to fix it.The concrete also started to crack. When we called **** to come fix the cracks, he ignored our calls and never called back. We will NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Horrible customer service, poor work and zero professionalism. If I could give him zero stars, I would.

      This whole report is very misleading. This job was completed three years ago. Last year we received a call from the customer with a complaint about a crack in the concrete. When we went to fix the crack, the homeowner informed us that the edges to the pool were sharp and rough. We grinded down the edges and resealed the entire pool. When we were finished, the homeowner was happy with what we did.As for the stamped concrete being slippery, the homeowner chose what stamp pattern they wanted us to use. We did not persuade them in any way.

      We had a contract in 2020 despite multiple calls he never showed up for the job. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

      We are sorry that your project was not completed. Unfortunately, we lost the gentlemen who was in charge of our walls and due to COVID and we were not able to find a replacement. We tried to hire more employees to help out with our projects, but due to COVID, no one applied to the multiple postings for employment. We know that you were very patient with us and again, we are very sorry we were unable to complete this for you.
