    I cannot praise this company enough! I found them through an online search and saw an ad on Facebook. I decided to call this company first because of the numerous, amazing reviews about them and they did not disappoint! When you call, the owner, *****, personally walks you through the entire process. He is very kind and gracious and cares about his customers and their satisfaction. We did a huge 3 basement clean out from living in our home for 18 years and saving too much. ***** explained everything and even though embarrassed over all of our junk, he normalized it and made me feel unashamed. I received two reminder texts and was given a time by the pick up men when they would arrive. They arrived on time and even mentioned how much of the truck they feel would be filled and they were correct. They worked very hard, but efficiently. Everything was concisely packed to utilize the least amount of space to save us money. **** and ****** were simply amazing and worked so quickly. They left my space immaculate! They also took old TVs and air conditioners, without a hidden or extra fee like some junk removal companies I read about. We are more than extremely satisfied and will recommend them to everyone and use again! Thank you *****, ****, and ****** for decluttering our lives!!!

    If I could give this company 100 stars, I would! We had to move my elderly mother into a skilled nursing home a several months ago and we are now in the process getting her house prepared to sell. Well, she was a bit of a hoarder and the amount of stuff that remained in her house was simply far too much for my wife and I to get rid of on our own, we tried at first. So, we did some online research to find a company that would haul away all of her stuff and dispose of it and/or repurpose it if the furniture was reusable. In our search we came across Jurassic Junk Removal and their reviews seemed to be fantastic so we thought that we'd give them a shot. Well, I have got to say that this company was an absolute pleasure to do business with. From the very first phone call to inquire about their services they were polite, understanding, helpful, informative and courteous. I had several calls with them before the scheduled service dates on April 7th and 8th just to ask a few additional questions and the majority of the time they picked up the phone as I called, including the owner! On the other couple of occasions I left a message and they called back within minutes! They have EXCELLENT customer service, that's for sure! We had sent in videos of the house and they gave a rough estimate of how many dump truck loads it would more than likely take to complete the job and I have to say that looking at the house items myself, I would have never thought that they would have been able to get it all in the amount of trucks they estimated, I was expecting an additional truck or two but the crew of three guys who came both days nailed the estimate perfectly, actually they came in just a hair UNDER the estimate! The crew of three that came to do the service could not have been nicer. VERY polite and careful with their work and fun to be around. I could continue with so much more but unfortunately this site only allows so many words. Rest assured they are A+ in EVERY category!!!
