1 starNew $1400 GE fridge delivered grossly [3 in.] out of level. delivery said its my floor and left before i could get my level and prove wrong. Service guy they sent only corrected half.the issue. Still a serious eyesore. Walked out saying ....'good luck' . At least 4 emails w/ pics to Gerhards customer service and sales and messages. No reply. Buyer be very.... 1 starI anted to support smaller business and felt it would be better service. Spent over $2000 for a dishwasher. Our last one from somewhere else lasted 20 years. This one was never installed by their people correctly. Within 3 years we began having problems with it. We have been told by them it's no longer under warranty. Now the Board is bad in it and we have to replace it. Do not go there.Review fromPamela H

1 starMy husband purchased a Wolf stovetop at the **************. store. We took it to our ******** home. The female sales **** gave us the wrong item. My husband is obviously not happy of course. Went shopping at this business for a new range on Monday and selected one, Paperwork was drawn up and sales person promised me the sale price as long as I contacted them by close of business on wednesday.i returned Wednesday afternoon to pay for item.they did not have the product I was promised **** did they make any effort to rectify the situation and make me a happy customer! Very dissatisfied with this place of business and will tell everyone I know not to shop there for their next appliance purchase!Gerhard's

Unfortunately, due to the busy Black Friday Period the product on the quote became backordered prior to the sale being processed. Other options would have been available in a timelier manner and similar price point.
The sales team was instructed to reach out to the customer with additional options ,the customer can contact the customer service team directly ********************************************************************

As a local resident in ********, I wanted to support Gerhard's as a local family business. Their prices were competitive with other appliance stores, and ***** ******* was a helpful salesman. Unfortunately, the problem came with the delivery- their delivery person told us he needed to put in an outlet for the dishwasher (even though we had one already installed), and that it would be $80 in addition to the $159 installation charge and $28 installation kit, and that he would not install the dishwasher without the additional payment. When making out a check, he had us make it out in his personal name, and mobile deposited the check while he was was at our house. Upon contacting the store to share how I was not very comfortable with how this went down, ***** said he would contact the deliver team, and then I never heard anything from Gerhard's again despite many follow up emails. This definitely left a bad impression on us, so I recommend getting your appliances from a more reputable store.Gerhard's

I bought a dishwasher Gerhard's and was charged twice for installation. I pre-paid $159 for "dishwasher installation service" when I bought the new appliance. Then, when they showed up to install the new dishwasher I was told that I needed to pay the delivery guys an extra $110 (they asked for cash!) to wire up the new dishwasher. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. My old dishwasher was already removed and sitting out on the sidewalk. My choice was to pay the $110 or let the guys leave me with a gaping hole in my kitchen and no dishwasher. Reluctantly I paid the extra $110 knowing that the good folks at Gerhard's would make things right eventually. For more than 5 months Gerhard's gave me the run around... The delivery department blamed sales. Sales blamed delivery. A nice woman in accounting tried to help me out, but to no avail. I eventually gave up and ate the $110. I'll never purchase from Gerhard's again.Gerhard's

I had to call police. They sent two threatening Hispanic men to deliver appliances.....one wearing a baclava like a terrorist who told me to shut the **** up because I asked them to lower their voices at 7:30 AM. They bounced my refrigerator in anger and did not take the old items THEN Gerhards sent them to my home a SECOND time after they were told not to and they still didn't bring all appliances in. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ..THE NEW GENERATION OF GERHARDS ARE WOKE CREEPSGerhard's

This company is by far the worst ever- I am not sure what is worse their dishonesty or incompetence We bought a washer and dryer and they totally screwed us on the delivery and any customer service was a jokeGerhard's

1 starBuyer Beware - Avoid Gerhards! We went in for their Labor Day sale and worked with ***, who steered us away from the ******* and Frigidaire fridges we were considering and recommended an ** model instead. We purchased it in full and scheduled delivery for 9/19. I called on 9/16 to confirm everything was on track, and Gerhards assured me it was.However, on 9/18, the day before delivery, we were told the fridge had been discontinued and we wouldnt be receiving it. They promised to update us with alternatives but left us hanging. Despite being without a fridge, we had to call them on 9/21 for an update. They offered us the dented floor model of the same fridge (which they oddly had parts for but not the actual fridge), with only a $40 discounta completely insulting offer given the inconvenience. Apparently this was the offer provided by ***** ******* - very disappointing considering the lack of empathy and will to making it right.After paying in full during the sale and waiting with no fridge, their lack of service is unacceptable. We had also planned to purchase a double oven but are now completely deterred from using Gerhards again. Waiting to be refunded so we can go to an alternative appliance provider.
