They're refusing to fix damage done to the house by their company and finish the work or refund us. Family of 5 with 3 young kids. Decorated combat veteran, serving this country for 7 years fighting in Afghanistan. Been a local firefighter for 11 years and the founder of ******* ****** ** *******, helping to find and save hundreds of missing people every year. 3/23/22, we signed a contract to have HVAC and vents installed in our house, for a total of $29,118. The contract is included in this report. We were not given any additional paperwork, nor did we sign any additional paperwork in regard to this contract. We were split between a heat pump and Gas heat. We ended up going with gas on ******* reassurance, one of Premiers head guys, that we wouldn't have to worry about anything. 4/18/22 to 4/22/22, work was started, but not finished. The work was really messy, as you can see in the pictures, they left piles of debris. A hole in our floor and a giant hole in our ceiling. They also left a 10 and half inch double sided knife in the ceiling of the kids playroom. 9/13/22, I communicated with them about finishing the work (Installing Vents in the basement and hooking up the heat), fixing the ceiling vents as they were turning my ceiling brown and fix the damage done to the house. Apon coming to my house, they wanted an additional $750 to hook my heat up, as the gas company didn't do what Premier said they would, no work of any kind was done. At this point, I had the work inspected and it was found all flex ducts were installed wrong. I contact the owner and asked for a full refund, as covered by the warranty that has no fine print, see contract, the owner refused. I had him see the work for himself, after leaving, he asked for a list, which I provided. After getting the list he canceled an appointment we had on Veterans Day to finish work and refused to fix anything. He offered 3k to void the contract, which is unacceptable with the amount of damage & unfinished work
