We bought a Jayco Eagle in 2020 from Keystone RV Center. We have had nothing but warranty issues from day one. We had to take it in 2 times, wait months, only for them to not fix any issues. They have one of the worst service departments I have ever worked with and they are extremely unorganized. They caused further water damage to my unit by not fixing the factory caulk job the first time. The second time they were supposed to repair the caulk job, they found a bunch of water damage. Then they said they wanted to send the unit back to the factory but that would take 6 months or so. When we went to pickup the camper, they never sealed it back up from when they took it all a part. That would have caused even more water damage. So they sent a kid out to our house to caulk it back up. Not only did he not seal it back up, he didn't even use the right caulk, he caulked it when it was freezing temperatures out(which begs the question about whether the caulk will even cure) and left a bunch of areas that still were not caulked and could see the holes. On top of that when we went to pickup the camper the second time they left all 4 of my batteries die. They never pulled the kill switch to turn power off to the batteries and just left them die. This meant we couldn't even hitch the camper up without a jump to the batteries. I have had a Lippert level control warranty issue for a year, only to be told that Lippert was not covering under warranty. Keystones service department cannot even diagnose the issue. And they are supposed to be the experts. So I payed for the expensive parts out of my own pocket so I could get our level control to work and to be able to hook and unhook our camper. Obviously pretty important. They also told me I should be reimbursed for cost of the parts and I never was. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and we are pretty easy going people. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place
