    I purchased a diamond ring from the ********* NY store. I had the inscription on the diamond confirmed with the certificate of authencity that I was provided during purchase. I had the ring sent out for sizing. When the ring was returned the inscription was not the same as the ring I purchased. They swapped out the diamond and gave me a different ring. The employee confirmed it was not the correct ring but said there was nothing they could do about it and refused to refund my money. Please please please do not purchase from this company They are frauds and are ripping off customers.

    Joseph Jacob jewelers is a joke, I’m sorry I ever even bought anything there, All the staff at the store are very rude including the manager, who lied to me telling me the 14k gold diamond bracelet he ordered me was solid, when actually when I got it it was semi solid. He then told me he ordered me a new one (solid 14k gold), and that it would take 3 weeks. I patiently waited the 3 weeks to only be told week by week after that that it did not come in. This went on for a month and a half, finally I had enough and returned the bracelet for a refund. I would not recommend shopping here. The women were all very rude when I called in asking about my bracket, felt like I was bothering them asking where my bracelet was after it’s been a month and a half. Rick the manager would also keep telling me it would be in on Friday and then Friday would come and it wouldn’t be in and he would t even ever call me back. I will never buy anything from Joseph Jacob jewelers ever again or anyone affiliated with them. They ruined my whole experience with buying a gold diamond bracelet, so much that I don’t even want one anymore. The holiday deals that were happening when I originally bought it in December are gone and it’s February and I don’t have a bracelet and won’t find one on sale now.

    ****** ******* was in to purchase a bracelet in December 22. We did not have what he wanted in store so we went to the catalog. He wanted yellow gold diamond and solid gold. 
    We found one in the catalog and it did not specify semi solid, this company usually does, I will include pictures. 
    ****** had received a Christmas bonus for 2k and this bracelet was able to be discounted to achieve his budget. 
    When the bracelet arrived from the catalog it was indeed semi solid.
    I apologized because I did know he wanted solid. I called the owner who stated the solid would cost 8k to have made in sloid gold.We agreed to have it made for him at no additional cost because of the mistake and let him leave with the semi solid diamond bracelet to wear until his could be handmade.  
    We did state it would take time and we would call when it was in. ****** did call about every other day, which was not a problem we knew he was exited to get it. 
    Our staff was never rude, but very understanding.
    ****** called and said he was done waiting if it was not in by Friday he wanted a return. He came in Friday, I explained it was not in yet, and it should not be much longer, he stated he was done waiting, wanted a refund to ho purchase a bracelet from Zales. No argument was given just a full refund, which is not our store policy.

    My name is ****** ******* and I purchased a pair of earrings for my girlfriend from Joseph
    Jacob Jewelers in Greensburg Pa.


    The clerk first showed me a pair of lab created earrings and I stated that we wanted real
    diamonds. She said they are real diamonds. I told her we wanted the ones that took millions of
    years to create. She then showed us another pair and said these are real. The tag on this set of
    earrings was not marked lab and the clerk assured us these diamonds were real. I purchased
    this set and was happy I had found a beautiful set of earrings. At this time I did not look at the
    receipt but after Christmas when I was going through my receipts I saw that the receipt said
    ”Lab”.


    The receipt says no refunds but exchanges within 30 days. I went back to the jewelry store on
    January 1st and the same clerk was working that we bought the earrings from. My goal was to
    exchange for real diamonds or acquire a refund. The clerk kept saying they are real and that
    they start with a real diamond chip and grow it in a lab. I said again we want the true diamonds.
    She said “you didn’t tell your girlfriend that they aren’t real did you?” We said of course we did.
    She said you shouldn’t have done that. Then we realized what type of people we were dealing
    with. She said she would contact the owner and he would get back to me on Tuesday the 2nd of
    January. The owner has still not contacted me as of sending this email.

    I spoke with my employee and she stated the customer and his mother purchased these lab grown diamond earings , that she said were not marked lab, however rang up up lab. My staff did get a pair in of mined diamonds in that would be the same  price range in to exchange . My staff spoke to the mother and she stated they would be in, but never came in. 

    We do not offer refunds but exchanges are available.
