            I visited the ** for my servers TMJ issues. Waited 3 months for an appt and took a day off work to **ive as this was the first ********** I have seen out of my county. I brought my previous X-rays and MRI. The ** were unable to get their computer to read the cds and decided to talk/feel the jaw disorder. The ** advised a diagnosis one for each jaw and recommended a college for my problem and was to give me a referral. I then ask for a specific copy of my disorder and recommendations and was hurried out to be waiting on a call regarding referral. My insurance denied paying for the consultation due to the previous routine dental cleaning. I called the business and asked for a copy of what occurred and if they couldnt find a referral to just give me the type of ********** that I could look for. I called multiple times and multiple people people were supposed to get back to me which never did. I received the second bill in the mail and called and asked for a form to request my medical records. I completed the form and mailed back. I have not received a copy of the diagnosis and recommend treatment. During that time, I wrote a negative ****** review with my experience and advise that I would be contacting the BBB on the medical record request. I advised that I would pay them five dollars until the situation was resolved so that my account would go into collections. I received a bill that my payment was 120 days past due and now going to collections. I dont mind paying it. I just want a copy of the diagnosis and what type of ********** and I gonna do next. I Have tried multiple times to resolve the issue with no luck.
