This is ***** ******, i have been paying an insurance with you since we bought my house, **** ****** ******* **, Around 2 weeks ago I had this liking, that was making my fire alarm go on and damaging my carpet , so I call you and after long time a guy came to my house, just see the problem, made me pay him $75 dollars in advance just to tell me that he didn’t bring the tools needed, so that he was going to come back and he never did. I had to call and call and after days they told me that they where not able to fix anything so that I had to call old republic again to call someone else, Since then NO ONE has resolved my problem, my neighbor came to fix it with his own hands and still have the hole in my room!!!! I have been told from you that some manager I think Scott approve to give me $100 so that someone can fix the hole, but nothing else, from then no one has call me back, no one has come to my house and no one is answering my call. It’s not fair and its incredible that a company like this pretends to do something but you don’t do nothing at all, are just behind the money. I want my $75 dollars back and I really want to cancel this horrible service !!!!! Otherwise I’ll have to escalate this issue. Can’t handle this anymore. ***** ******Initial Complaint

6/18/2022 a Schneider National Carrier truck driver hit my 2021 Lexus my husband was driving. Myself and our kid’s were in the car. The truck driver took full responsibility at the crash scene. He was very apologetic and gave my husband his information. On 6/20/2022 a guy named Ryan from INS contacted my cell phone number and left a message to get the claim underway. On my voicemail he said he represented Schneider but Old Republic is listed on the insurance card Mr. ********** (truck driver) let us get a picture of. I called several times and finally left an email. The guy Ryan emailed me on 6/22/2022 and told me he was still investigating the accident but i can send him information or go through my insurance company if I want immediate action. The police report is out 6/23/2022 and it shows the driver got a traffic ticket and he was responsible. Can Old Republic or Schneider National carrier resolve this matter? I’ve seen several complaints about INS and I’m not sure why they are involved.Customer Answer

Old republic insurance is penske truck insurance provider. They back penske allowing them to Branch off of them therefore it would go back on them if penske failed to do something. So I was Hit by a penske truck on April 16th 2022 Penske has failed to get in contact with me They also failed to get my car fixed compensate me anything that you have not done nothing and it's been over a month now a month now an Arkansas state laws requires requires that within 45 days any claim shall be handled. Well 45 days is almost up and I have yet to hear from from pinski about getting my car fixed or anything I have been without a rental car I've lost multiple jobs and I can barely afford to pay my bills now because I have no ride.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the above-referenced complaint matter involving ***** *****
******** and Penske Truck Leasing, Gallagher Bassett. Gallagher Bassett is the third-party administrator
handling claims on behalf of Old Republic Insurance Company and their insured, Penske Truck Leasing.
Gallagher Bassett is not an insurance company. In a good-faith effort to resolve this complaint, Gallagher
Bassett provides the following information for your records.
This loss was referred to Gallagher Bassett on April 21, 2022 by our client, Penske Truck Leasing. The assigned
resolution manager made initial contact with Ms. ***** ******** on April 21, 2022, then again on April 26,
2022, at which time Ms. ***** ******** was informed that the unit involved was stolen by a suspect without
permissive use, and our coverage was under review. A Police report was filed, and the suspect was
apprehended. Ms. ***** ******** was provided a copy of this report. Multiple phone calls and emails were
also exchanged with Ms. ***** ******** between May 2, 2022 and May 5, 2022, providing her updates on the
coverage investigation that was ongoing.
On May 5, we were advised by Ms. ***** ********’s attorney that we can no longer speak with their client
regarding the property and coverage issue. We did advise her attorney the coverage was still under
investigation. On May 18, 2022 we received notification from her attorney that they were no longer representing Ms. ***** ********.
On May 19, 2022 our coverage position was finalized, noting that no coverage will be afforded for this
accident based on the fact that the unit involved was stolen by a non-permissive suspect prior to the collision
with Ms. ***** ********’s vehicle. Ms. ***** ******** was contacted on May 19, 2022 and advised that
coverage for this incident was denied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I hope these 2 recordings help. If not I do have many other recordings. Every thing I do is recorded. In the music industry people will make false claims therefore I'm almost always recorded and never alone for that reason. Also fyi I Fired my lawyer not the other way around. I'm not sure what was told to anyone but that's how it went.
