I canceled an order for around $50 in June. My shirts were sent back to the facility. I have made multiple attempts via email to find out where my refund is and have only been given generated responses and feel taken advantage of. Hello,
We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers. In regards to complaint ********* I am sorry to hear the customer did not receive our replies to their emails, as I do show that each email received by the customer was replied to within 1 business day of receiving the email.Additionally, the customer sent an email on 8/28, which we replied to on 8/29. We have not received the package back from the shipping provider, as the tracking for the order shows it is not received to our facility. However, with the email received by the customer on 8-28, we already processed a refund for the order. The refund should post back to the customer’s payment method within 2-4 business days.

Purchase a T-shirt via online on Friday May 5th at 11:00. ***** ** ***************** After receiving the confirmation email o noticed that the design was wrong so immediately called and emailed the company. The call and email were done in less than 5 minutes after the purchase was done. At 12:26 I received an email from Kayla from “customer service”, letting me know the tshirt was already in production (false as my shipping was schedule for the end of May), and it is imposible to change the design at that point because the shipping ticket was created…. Kayla suggested: “If you aren’t satisfied after received the order please contact us again”… She knew the order was already wrong! What a horrible service…Business response

We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers. In regards to complaint ********, I am sorry to hear the customer needed to change the order, but it was not possible when they contacted us.
Spreadshirt boasts some of the fastest production times in the industry and it is often the case that once an order is submitted it will enter our Production process and once this has happened, we are unable to make changes to the order. I do show the order in question entered our Production Process within a few minutes after ordering and was shipped out the same day it was ordered.
Unfortunately, the order could not be changed before it entered production or was shipped out, but we are happy to assist you, as I see the wrong numbers were ordered. Typically, we do ask that you wait until the order arrives, incase a different size is also needed, but we can process a request for you now.
We have processed a Store Credit for your order, so you can replace a new order with the correct design and numbers. You will receive an email with your Store Credit code to use in the checkout when re-ordering the correct item. Once you receive the first shipment, then you can keep it and your new order would then ship out once it is submitted and created for you.

Ordered 8 shirts. All were defective, all different lengths even though they were the same size, decals faded. I called Friday afternoon at 3:00 my time, 4:00 their time. I received them and their automated recording said they were "closed". I emailed on Saturday and received a response that said to do everything online. I did that and it said nothing could be exchanged and a refund could only go back to their site. I called both Spreadshirt's numbers at 1-800-381-0815 and 608-724-832-1993 on 2/20/23 at 9:00 and 9:15 and both recordings again stated they are "closed". My order number is ***************** and the total for the order was $234.71 under Mike Ring. I would like a refund to my original payment method, not a credit to their store which is only what they offer. Thank you.Business response

We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers. In regards to complaint ********, I am sorry to hear the customer is not happy with the order they have received.
We were out of the office on Monday when the customer tried to call us due to the holiday. In viewing the order, I do show the customer reached out via email as well and our Service Team was able to assist the customer through email on Tuesday when we were back in the office. The customer will be refunded for their order, which should post to their original payment method in the next 2-5 business days.

I ordered a shirt and a sticker from Spreadshirt and the quality of both are extremely poor due to the bad cotton and the pixelated print. Quality control should have checked for the pixelated photo and render the photo as a vector image to avoid pixelated prints. As for the cotton, the shirt is made in Haiti and it doesn’t feel or look like Champion branded shirts sold here in America.Business response

In viewing the order, I do show the customer ordered a design uploaded by a Designers from our Community. We do not alter the designs uploaded to our site by our customers or Designers. Additionally, it does appear this design was created to have this affect when printed. I do show the customer used our online Return Center to request Store Credit for this order and our Service Team has processed this request based on the customer’s selection within our Return Center.

I placed my first order 5/9/22 for our small business. We were suppose to have them before a huge event on 5/28. Our (first) shipment shows it arrived at a shipping facility on 5/14 and hasn't moved since. On 5/23 I emailed customer service asking for assistance with my order. After multiple emails, realizing my order has been sitting for 10 days, they decided to ask me if wanted a refund or if I wanted to re order. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and thinking it was a one off situation... I re ordered. It's now 6/9. I reached out again? Because my order is still sitting and I've never received it. It AGAIN, Is showing its sitting at the same facility. When I reached out to customer service, they did not address my issues. Instead, giving me a generic response and explaining that I could try for a return/exchange up to 30 days after I receive my order. The problem is actually GETTING THE ORDER. I still havent recieved either order from this company. The fact they make you jump through this many hoops is horrible. All I want is money back and to be done with this company. $145.81 it was I spent for 6 customized shirts for our business. Please refund my money so I can take my business elsewhere.Business response

In viewing the order, I do show the first shipment was delayed by the postal service for delivery and we processed a reprint for the customer, as requested. I was charged from this company of 49.42 for an order I have never ordered and someone used my card on this site committing fraud. I am having a hard time getting my money back. I cancelled my Amex debit card because of this. I would never order from here i can't afford that for a sweatshirt or whatever it is. I just want my money back.Business response

In viewing our order details, I do show an order was submitted under the customer’s name, but do not see a record of the customer contacting us about the charge they received on their card. At this time, the payment is listed as Charged Back, so the customer’s credit card company has refunded the charge for the customer.
