      I have placed a large custom order (******************) on 11/24/2021 for a total amount of $2018.35 . On 11/30/2021 (after full 7 calendar days), I received an email from the Customer Service that some of the items on my order were unavailable until after 2022. Since the order was for a non-profit event that was going to be held on 12/20/21, we asked Spreadshirt to provide me with an alternative color/product so that we can receive them on time. Changes were made with an updated ***** ********************* for a total amount of $1661.74 (reduced amount was due to reduction in shipping charges + reduced # of total custom sweaters). Fast forward to today, I verified a total amount of $1805.74 was charged on my credit card. I called Spreadshirt to adjust shipping and refund the difference of $144 ($1805.74 - $1661.74 = $144). Customer Service refuses to refund the $144 and I asked the Customer Service to connect with me to the Accounting Department. After 30+ minutes hold, it appeared that the Accounting Manager was OUT TO LUNCH. (On a positive note: Customer Service rep - Lori, was kind enough to explain the process and apologized multiple times for delays). Please REFUND MY MONEY.

In regards to complaint ********* I am sorry to hear of the issues around the order and phone call to our Service Team.  We definitely want to make things right and in viewing the order, I do show the $144 was refunded yesterday with the phone call from the customer. The refund would post back to the payment method used to place the order within 2-4 business days.
      Please let me know if there are any further steps I need to take.

      I ordered 18 shirts from Spreadshirt in June 2021 for a family reunion. I just got back from the reunion and the shirts I gave everyone from Spreadshirt, when washed, had holes all over them. They are terrible quality and cannot be worn. I paid $410 for these shirts and wanted a refund. I only had a few of the shirts I could show because the rest were across the country in Alabama, North Carolina and Indiana, they would only refund $120.35. There was no way to get all the shirts back to take one picture of them all together! That was what they told me had to be done. I was not going to pay to ship these back to me so I could take a picture of them all together. Ridiculous. So in order to get anything back, they required I agree to the $120.35 refund. I want the BBB to know how this company is ripping people off. I do want a full refund but was forced to accept the 1/3 of what I paid.

      We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers.  In regards to complaint ********* I am sorry to hear the customer has experienced this issue with the order received.


      We typically have a 30 day return policy for our orders and either require a photo of all affected items or for the items to be returned to us.  From the correspondence with the customer, I do only show one item was received in a photo.  I understand the items are distributed to family members, so getting one photo with all items is not possible, so in this case we can accept individual photos for each item ordered.  We understand each photo would be different since each family member would be taking the photos, so as long as the items are laying flat, showing the issue and the tag of the item so the size can be clearly seen, then we can utilize this for the refund instead.  Once we have the photos for each item separately then we can look into these further for the refund of the order.  Otherwise, all items would need to be returned to our facility to process a full refund for the order.

      My order number is ****************** I received a damaged shirt I sent in the pictures. I requested a refund and it has been a more than week and I have yet to receive a refund. Also be aware that this website was hacked as I received an email that my personal information was compromised.

      Hello,

      We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers.  In regards to complaint ********* I am sorry to hear the customer has not seen the refund post back to their payment method.


      I have confirmed with our Accounting Team that the refund was successfully processed on our end.  Typically, it does take 3-5 business days from the date of the refund request to be processed.  The refund was processed today, on the 5th business day.  The customer should therefore see their refund back to their payment provider soon, depending on the processing time of their payment provider.
