We sincerely apologize to *** ********* for the delay in getting his project installed. There were supply chain issues that caused the delay but we have maintained constant communication with him and we have him scheduled to complete his project. Even when there are issues outside of our control we will always stand by our customer and give every effort to get them resolved as soon as possible.Customer response

On June 28, 2021, I purchase a shower from Westshore. They didn't install everything I was charged with. My bill is over 15,000 dollars, and I still can't use my shower. The shower has linked down to my other room and a stained the ceiling. They sold me items that were supposed to protect my window that was not installed, and they want coming fixed the issues. They won't call me back or settle my bill. I've left several voice mail with the company, and they are dragging their feet to solve the issue. The window is all wood and they started the window would be protected and its not.Business response

West Shore Home was founded and operates with the utmost of integrity and we are addressing *********'s concerns. We take pride in providing a great experience to our customers. We will always stand by them and honor our promises. We have maintained consistent communication with **************** at the highest levels of management. Our General Manager has personally been in communication with him. We already have **************** scheduled to resolve any concerns he has with his ceiling, and we are completely replacing the window in his shower at no cost to him. We will continue to stand by **************** until he is 100% satisfied with the outcome of his project. At West Shore Home we always do the right thing and we will continue to work with **************** to ensure that he receives the experience he deserves as a West Shore Home customer.
