      Contracted with them in April 26, 2022 for two bathroom upgrade to include two shower conversions, granite counter tops in both bathrooms and kitchen. Redo doors and draws in both baths and kitchen with new hardware and soft closing drawers and doors. New luxury vinyl floors both baths, kitchen and dining room . Down payment oh $23,950 on April 26 , 2022. On May 11, 2022 check for $8968.00 to upgrade to Quartz countertops. On August 5, 2022 check for $11,699.00. Work was done sporadically through September at which time they were to complete the job and another check for $12,450.00 which was Full Payment. All but ten percent was completed in September. I have tried to contact them by phoning and messaging and visit to showroom I was told that they would contact me on January 3rd of 2023. Then when that didn’t happen, I was told he was working on the schedule. No work has been done since September. What’s remaining is doors for kitchen lazy Susan, backsplash for kitchen, transition strips, replace bathroom mirror, quarter rounds need work, backsplash in both bath rooms need sealant and five drawers in kitchen need slow closing drawers like ALL the other ones.

      Your Bath and Kitchen renovated my kitchen. We had a disagreement if the trim should be included in the original contract. I consented to signing another contract to add the trim, which was paid in full on 12/10/21. I was told it would only take a few weeks to get the materials and they could complete the work. I waited until after the New Year to reach out and check on the status. I talked with the contact several times and was told the material was in and he would get back to me to schedule the install. I kept calling and finally found out my contact was no longer employed by Your Bath and Kitchen. Then I started to try and contact the owner Greg C*********. As I have experienced in the past, he did not pick up my calls so I left a messages, but like before he did not return my phone calls. So I started blocking my number when I called and he picked up. The first time he said ****** was working in the area and should be able to complete the work soon. On a subsequent call when I asked when the work would be done he said "I'm not inclined to do you any favors for the way you treated me". Frankly, he was very unprofessional from the moment he had my deposit on our original work order. Now he even ignores my blocked calls and still has not gotten back to me about when he will complete the work. I would like the work completed by the end of October.

      I entered a contract with Your Kitchen and Bath in October 2020 to have new countertop and backsplash installed. Two weeks later the countertop was installed. I then selected the backsplash and called contractor to inform choice selection. Weeks go by and no further communication took place. Contractor states that due to covid that there are supply issues. Bottom line: It's August 2022 and my backsplash has still not been installed. I even bought the backsplash materials. I am deeply regretful that i chose this company.

      The last phone contact I had was in May 2022. Since that time I have left messages,but no return call. I am a very unhappy camper, but I don't think anyone cares.

      This company performed a kitchen remodel for me in April with MANY issues encountered during the month-long project (when I had no sink.) At the conclusion of the job, there were outstanding warranty issues (damaged cabinets) to be completed. Last Friday, July 8th, at 8:45 pm, the garbage disposal that they installed FELL OFF .. it was not installed (tightened) properly. When I contacted the owner, Greg, he advised that they could not repair for me over the weekend. I told him that I could not be without a sink that long and that I would hire a plumber on Saturday. His response was to say that he would not pay for that, that "BBB ain't gonna do nothing", and that "once my plumber touches that, your warranty will be void." This man is VERY difficult and I am concerned that he will use the plumbing issue to try to void the overall warranty of the project. The written warranty states "Your Bath and Kitchen provides limited lifetime warranty on all manufactured products for as long as the buyer owns the home from the date of its completion. Your Bath and Kitchen offers one year warranty on all plumbing that we install."At this point, I am not interested in pursuing reimbursement for the plumbing issue, but want the remaining warranty work - replacement cabinets - to be completed.

      Your Bath & Kitchen doesn’t work on weekends, this lady called me Friday night the 8th at 9pm and threatened us then sent me a text stating if we don’t get there over weekend that she was gonna complain to BBB, We offered to fix on Monday and she we fused. If she had someone else fix it that’s her problem now and her warranty is now void. This matter is closed and we will not respond to any other correspondence to this matter….

      As you can she lied as the warranty is still in motion, and whats the penalty for lying on forms??

      On Jun1, 2021 **** and his female assistant came to our home to give an estimate on refacing our kitchen cabinets. We agreed to their estimate and paid half down, financing the other half through Synchrony. Approximately 3 weeks later their installer arrived to completely measure the kitchen. On August 3, 2021, the installer, ****** and his assistant, arrived and the work begin. ****** instructed me that the 2 Lazy ***** cabinet's were not ordered (even though they were outlined in the contract). We were told as soon as they arrived, ****** would return and install them. About 2-3 weeks lated ****** called and said he would be by to install the Lazy Susans. He also said that **** forgot to order 2 so they would install the one received and when the 2nd one arrived they would come back. We have waited and called numerous times ( approximately 10 times). When they would answer the phone calls we were told ****** would call for an install date. On Monday November 15 my husband called and **** called back and left message that ****** would call for a time to install on Friday November 19. When ****** hadn't arrived or called by 4pm, I called and ****** answered the phone saying he wasn't told by **** to install the Lazy Susan, even though it was in his truck and had been for sometime. To date we have not heard from anyone at Your Bath and Kitchen. Their customer service is horrific. There is poor communication with the customer and a "don't give a c*** attitude"displayed on the part of both **** and the installer. There is very poor coordination between **** and the installation team. All we want is the Lazy Susan installed and be done with them. The work done was very good, but my kitchen isn't complete. Thank you

      due to supply chain issues and communication caused some delays, this job has been completed and the customer according to this complaint loved the work. Some people you just cant win no matter what !!!!
