Excellent company, very respectful of my property! Had new roof and gutters done. Many neighbors commented on how nice it looks and noticed the care this company took while replacing it. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank the team from Dreamworx enough. Mike was great to work with from start to finish and made the whole process easy and answered all of our questions. His consistent communication made things move along quickly with no problems. The Dreamworx portal showed pictures of the work that was done and made the whole process painless. They provided a list of references and good supporting material for me to review before deciding. As they worked on the roof, they kept me up to date and took pictures of damage found. This company bid on my roofing job with the understanding that there was known damage, and that it needed to be repaired before final shingling. I am the builder of the house in question so my instructions were both accurate and clear. They brought in a sub crew they had been working with and began the tear off of existing protective temp roof coverings. The crew was from Equador and spoke only broken English. I was on the ground with my arm in a sling from recent shoulder surgery, so climbing a ladder to observe was not in the cards. I put my trust in their reputation and my instructions as a guide. In the end, they did an acceptable job in some areas, and not in others. Long story short, they shingled over multiple obvious areas of water damage. They were told any plywood substrate which was damaged and any underlying discoveries needed to be corrected before shingling. They did replace many sheets of plywood, but the damage underneath left little to nail to in many spots. When the plywood lifted after only a few weeks, they came back to repair it but soon realized their crew did not have much to nail to underneath. NONE of this was disclosed to me. Not only was underlying structure compromised, but fasteners were incorrect and no H-clips were used. I now have had two contractors in to look at it and no commitment for resolution has been secured. The shingles they recommended were not a quality product and have now been discontinued so I am faced with a complete tear off, expensive deck repairs, and new complete reshingle. I will be out many thousands of dollars due to the actions of this company, and I feel like there's not a damn thing I can do about it. I believe the actions and worksmanship of this "roofing contractor" are decidedly deceptive and intentionally misleading for the sake of sheer profit. I would not let them roof a dog house. These are horrible humans. They know what they did, and If I thought it would be successful, I'd sue them out of business.Dreamworx Roofing

Steven, we are deeply sorry for the issues you seem to be experiencing here. We would be more than happy to address any issues you may be experiencing. We stand by our work and respond to any warranty issues quickly. However, we were not aware of any of these issues prior to reading this review. The last time we spoke with you was more than four years ago after we completed the warranty repairs in January of 2019. If there were any outstanding or new issues, we would be happy to address them had they been brought to our attention. In reference to the shingles, we do not control the production or continued availability of any roofing products. The products on your roof were installed as per the manufacturers installation instructions. As for your remarks about our personalities and the ethnicity of our workers; we will simply say we believe anyone can be a capable roofer regardless of the color of their skin or their native language. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in the roofing industry and will stop at nothing to provide the best products and service to our customers. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience to arrange a warranty call to handle your concerns.
