I had requested engine work to be done on my previous vehicle, I provided the engine (I understood there would be no warranty). I had paid 2,500.00 for engine work. I was told it needed another part (the shop bought said part and replaced it. I had later (after 6-7 months on calling numerous times had finally gotten my car, I had called numerous times and had been told car would be done within weeks but it took months). When I initially started the car (I had time stamped media clips) my once quiet *** sounded like a ******, vigorous shaking was coming from the middle console of the car. My passenger side headlight didn’t work due to somehow the wiring getting cut (wasn’t like that prior), no heat in my vehicle, battery had to be replaced due to shop allowing it to be dead for so long, interior had grease everywhere. I spoke to shop about my concerns and how the car sounded worse than when it was last driven. (Engine was good/sound was from repair they provided part for). While the car was driving the (a short distance, to be parked). Since I felt that the car was not properly repaired I canceled check for 350.00, I called shop and had it towed back and told them I wanted it repaired properly prior to me giving them the money because I felt it wasn’t done properly. Shop was very nasty, the owner receptionist and mechanic. I have tried numerous times to call shop throughout the months, texted owner regarding my car, left voicemails and they’re are not returning my calls. I had my brother drive past and he did not see my car anywhere and now I’m in fear that they have done something with my vehicle that they were suppose and agreed to fix.
