    My husband and I attended a Lawn and Garden expo at ******** in PA on 3/27/21 where I purchased a hot tub from Daniels Lawn and Garden Center for 10,238. w/a down payment $500. serial #******************* with 80 jets sits 8 people Hot tub delivered to my home did not have matching serial #************** this tub has only 58 jets. sits 6 people delivered April 2022.I am seeking replacement of hot tub originally purchased.

    Dear ******** ******* 
    I received your complaint from **** ******* ID ******** today and would like to dispute it. 
    **** ******* purchased at the ******** Home Show in Pa. on 3/27/2021 a *** ******** Whirlpool Hot Tub made by **** ***. The extra features in this spa included ozone *********/uv system with the ******** blower system. The cost of this unit was $10238.01 plus tax. Attached is the signed contract by **** ******* and photo of the *** **** ******* purchased. The *** with the ******** 10 jets added has a total of 59 jets. Since this tub has a lounger it seats 6 people. 
    **** **** in 7x7 or 8x8 spas does not manufacture an 8 person hot tub or have a tub in this size that has 80 jets. At the ******** Home Show we feature 6 tubs and this tub *** was the most theraphic and had the most jets. 
    Daniel's Lawn and Garden Center delivered to **** ******* residence in Effort, Pa. in April of 2022 along with installing a hot tub pad for her at the same time. **** ******* still owes $349. The *** she ordered was the one she received with the additional features. 
    **** ******* attended the the ************ Home and Garden Show in Oaks, Pa. in Feb of 2022 and was shown the *** she was getting at this show. Regarding the *** serial number she received was accurate ************ is accurate. There is not such a serial number of ****************. That is her credit card number for the deposit taken. See 
    the attached invoice. Next to that number is her expiration 3 digit number of her credit card. All **** serial numbers will have make of model then year and then the month. The reason why *** serial number was changed to another *** serial number originally **** ******* wanted her *** delivered in the fall of 2021 then she changed her delivery to the spring 2022. We sold that *** Hot tub and ordered a brand new one that came in Feb. Check the serial number model *** year 22 month 02 Feb. 10076. 
    In conclusion **** ******* received the tub she ordered. She saw it twice at time of purchase and at the ************ Home and Garden Show in Oaks Pa in Feb. of 2022. At the ******** Show the *** tub had the most jets. **** **** does not make an 8 person tub with 80 jets in 7x7 or 8x8 tubs.

    Hot tub delivered is wrong one purchased.  Do I continue to pay company.  I have not used tub, nor have I filled with water

    Dear ******** ******* 

    I received the complaint letter from you dated September 19, 2022 regarding ********* ******* ID ********. I would like to dispute the claim again. 

    The hot tub **** ******* received in April of 2022 at her residence is the same *** ******** Whirlpool she purchased at the ******** Home Show in Pa. on 3/27/2021. 

    On July 18, 2022 I sent a detailed letter with documentation regarding this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. In this letter I attached a signed contract by **** ******* detailing the *** she purchased and the added features she received on the tub delivered. Also I sent a copy of a photo what the 471 tub looked like. If you need these attachments sent to you again let me know. **** ******* saw the tub she was going to receive at the time of purchase in March 27, 2021 and at the **** Home Show in February of 2022. I received a letter that will be attached from the Better Business Bureau dated Aug. 19, 2022 thanking me for my cooperation in responding to the complaint in a timely matter. With a note stating the case will be closed. 

    I have reached out to **** ******* several times to give her a spa orientation and to show her how the hot tub operates and its features. She has not accepted my offer as of yet. 
    I communicated with her again last week to offer my assistance with a hot tub orientation. I told her that you can not see the spas features unless you fill the hot tub up with water and turn the electricity on. 

    In conclusion as I stated in this letter and the letter I sent to the Better Business Bureau on July 18, 2022 the hot tub **** ******* ordered on March 27, 2021 is the same hot tub that was delivered to her residence in April of 2022. As I told her several times I would be more than happy to give her spa orientation so she can see how it operates and the various features on this unit.
