      Order # ******* has not shipped. When you fill out the contact form on their website, the email bounces back as non-deliverable address. Left multiple messages because no one answers the phone.just cancel the order and refund us please! Attached is where the charge cleared my bank!

      Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this. As of today the customer has been refunded in full. There was a delay in production which was why it did not ship. I have also emailed the customer directly that the refund has been processed back to the original form of payment and it will be reflected on their credit card statement.

      Company advertised free 2 day shipping but still charged me $7.99 for shipping. I contacted them and even sent them a screenshot of the website where is states 2 day shipping is free and they refused to refund me.

      I puchased over 700 dollars' worth of items from Sports Unlimited. The items were not sent to me. I e mailed and got no response from the company. I tried to call them but their listed number is a scam; it was NOT their business but a # for ** ******.

      When the customer placed his order we emailed and left voicemails that the item he ordered was on back order unfortunately. So we were reaching out to see if he wanted to wait or for us to refund. However, the customer did not return our requests. As of July 7th we have refunded him in full.

      I ordered a red pendant ********** light and received white. I contacted the company immediately and was asked to email photo and they would contact the manufacturer. It has been a week now and have not heard anything. Despite emailing the customer service rep. I also called again inquiring about a return and had to leave a message. So far no response. I saw in another complaint where the customer had a similar experience. I either want the correct light or my money back. I need to know return procedures and need a label. I have never experienced such TERRIBLE SERVICE with any company I have made online purchases with. TERRIBLE!

      Inadequate customer service I ordered a product on a Friday, found out the next day (Saturday morning) that another family member had already purchased the item so I left a voice mail and an email to cancel my order on that same day (Saturday). HOWEVER, customer service does NOT work weekends but obviously, the packaging/handling department does as I received an email Monday morning that the item had already shipped and could not be cancelled.I then contacted customer service DURING their working hours and asked for them to pay the return shipping so I could return the product but they refused. I attempted to cancel my order in good faith and don't feel it is my responsibility to pay return shipping to return the item when this company does not have customer service working weekends to handle my cancellation request. If they had, all this could have been avoided.I would like to return this item for a refund but want the company to pay the return shipping charge. The credit card used for this purchase belongs to my husband so the order was actually in his name (*************************** - PO ******).

       Thank you for reaching out. I am responding directly to you since I was unable to login into the BBB site. Please see below. Also please let me know if anything else is needed.

      This customer placed their order on Dec 3rd and reached out to us on Dec 4th to cancel which was a saturday. We do have customer service on the weekend and responded to him on the 5th. However the order had a label on it since the 3rd so we could not cancel unfortunately since it was already in motion for shipment. This is shown when you track the order with tracking number 1Z254R110290648026. We relayed this information over to the customer. We tried to assist by offering a label at the cost *** would charge us since our rates would be cheaper since we have an account with them. That cost was $14.28. We also worked with the manufacturer to have the restocking fee waived so the customer would get a full refund on the item. We relayed all this to the customer on Dec 15th and have not heard from him since that time frame.

      I am rejecting this response because:  they claimed they were waiting to hear back from us but that is not the case.  We responded to them back in December as not satisfied with the handling of a return.  I responded to their email and waiting to hear back from them at this time.
