    The Virtus Group provides a wide range of general and specialized inspections for a wide range of clients.  Full building inspections (residential and commercial) are performed for investors or buyers who are interested in learning more about the overall condition of the building prior to purchase or for sellers to identify defects that they may want to repair prior to listing their property for sale.  We also perform structural, foundation, roof, and construction (residential and commercial) inspections as well as asbestos, mold, water infiltration, and indoor air quality inspections and testing.  We perform structural inspections and specialized inspections for insurance companies and independent adjusters to help them estimate the extent of damage from smoke, water, mold, and other perils.   We intentionally avoid conflicts of interest by only performing inspections and not selling products or performing construction or repair work.
