    ***** contacted me after I told him that I was filing a complaint with the BBB. The very next day I received the items I ordered. Please discontinue this complaint.

    Purchased a set of fender flares on August 18th and have been ghosted. No updates on estimated time of arrival or if the order is even fulfillable. I have emailed, called, and text with zero response. I will be pursuing a refund and going with an alternative option.

    This happens to our business so often.  We try to check on orders and don't hear back.  After being put off from this supplier and finally learning they discontinued these fender flares, we found another supplier.  These don't come painted, but customer wants pics of them.  Hopefully we can help him.  A nice guy.

    I purchased a set of automotive tail lights from Burtman Industries for $175 on Oct 15 2021. The product arrived in August 2022, and the product was not what was ordered. I contacted Burtman Industries to return the product and get a refund, and was told to forward the product to a new customer that had ordered them. I shipped the product to the new customer (in Hawaii) via the least expensive shipping method, and the shipping cost was $178.93. I have contacted Burtman Industries over 10 times for the refund, and have not received a response or a refund yet. I am requesting a refund of $353.93, which is the purchase price and the cost of shipping the product to the new customer. The uploaded documents are the shipping receipt to the new customer, and the original purchase invoice from Burtman Industries for the lights and other products.

    June 5 2022 purchase $1554.96 for exhaust parts. Transaction ID: *********** June 14 2022 purchase another $549.99 for exhaust parts. Transaction ID: *********** Only received part of my order.Doesn't return my phone calls or Texts.I am out over $1000.00 dollars.

    We spoke to the phone customer last Wednesday.  We told him about the stocking/manufacturing issues we've been dealing with.  Our factory promised our customer would receive the final pieces of his order in a week to ten days.

    Ordered a ********* grille for my 2006 ******** *** for $455 from Burtman Industries on April 1, 2019 knowing there was an estimated lead time of 12-14 weeks. After 33 weeks, I emailed ***** in which he stated he would check. I already thought it was poor customer service as the date was over double the lead time stated on his website and he does not keep in touch with his customers. 1 week later I emailed again as he did not get back to me and requested a refund. At this point he said he is waiting to hear back from the factory and blamed his lack of responsiveness to how many texts he has to get to as he included a pic of his phone... 2 weeks later, I emailed again to no response. Another 2 weeks later I emailed and again requested a refund by the end of the week at the latest. Same day he responded back only that he is waiting to hear from Japan. A few weeks ago by with no update and again I ask for a refund. ***** emails me back only that he is waiting to hear from his guy in Japan and says the guy is stuck at home babysitting his kids.. also says the part is custom made and not returnable but he has another guy interested in the grille and is willing to refund me. I never received the refund. I contacted him a significant time later to resolve this and no response. 1 month later emailed again to no response. 3 months later emailed again to no response. This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I've ever had. I need the money refunded ASAP as I have not received one or the product and ***** has basically kept my money for years.

    ********************************* of Burtman Industries accepted a $199 payment from me for a set of carbon fiber pillar trim over two years ago, October 3, 2020. He said that covid had caused a supply shortage and that he would send me the merchandise as soon as it arrived. So I waited and waited until about a year after I had placed the order. I had contacted ***** periodically during this time. He assured me he was checking with his supplier and that the merchandise would arrive soon. He finally happily reported that the merchandise was finally in stock, but he never sent it. I contacted him numerous times. Most of the time he did not respond to either my calls, texts nor emails. But sometimes he did respond with various excuses such as he had covid and was incapacitated or he was working on an urgent leak on a car. I threatened to file a complaint with BBB and he texted me to call ASAP. He never picked up nor responded to me after that. My last correspondence was my pleading with him to either produce the merchandise I had purchased or give me a refund. We have done business in the past with no problem. I am shocked and disappointed that ********************************* would treat a customer so poorly as to take my money and not deliver my merchandise.

    *** ***** has been a previous customer of ours with no issues, but this time a product was a victim of supply chain issues. Unfortunately, the time frame was unacceptable all the way around. And, bad on our part. 

    We have spoken to *** *****, who is a great guy to work with.  Last Wednesday, Feb. 18th, his refund was deposited in his bank account.

    Placed an order that business said was in stock on July 28th 2022 was charged and paid $369.98. After no notification around a month later i contacted business and stated that both taillights were not in stock and had to wait. It has now been 5 months at December 28th 2022 and over the last two months i have tried emailing, calling multiple numbers, texting with no response. I would like contact by the business to see if order could be fulfilled or do I need to reach out to my bank to cancel the payment?

    Purchased a set of tail lights on burtmanindustries.com for $175.99 on March 07, 2022. Never received the product. No response after months of trying to contact the business owner for purchase updates.
