  Worst collection company, all the reps are rude, they make it so hard to pay by only processing payments till ****, ***** the manager seems to really not like her job.

  Horribly unprofessional! All employees have an attitude, even the supervisor who the first ****** I spoke to was more than happy to pass me off to. I have never dealt with a company that was so defensive and rude. They don't answer the phone with the company name which is shady. Believe the ****** reviews, they are completely true. Do not give them any information that they do not already have! If you interact with them leave a review here and maybe we can get their A= rating revoked because there is no way that is accurate!

  They keep calling me harassing me for medical bills that are not mine. I have told them over and over it is not mine and they said I have to prove it isn't mine. I keep telling them I was never at *********************.

  I received a text from this company. I looked up their BBB rating to confirm they were a legitimate business. I spoke with a Penn Credit service representative Marissa. These bills were regarding outstanding local tolls and massive late fees totaling over $1000. Marissa was polite, friendly, and efficient. I asked for and received a small discount. Marissa made this horrible moment of finally paying off this debt less painful. Needless to say I never drive on local toll roads any longer. It is a complete rip off.

  i received call before the letter of debt which is a water bill that is only 89.24 and if the nasty lady who called was asking to much private information and i dont like giving out over the phone, but i emailed the company who i owe and said the same thing send me the bill and you will be paid. its to much higher than the average bill. And i have filed a complaint with the state about nj american water and penncresit

  Id number #t5745472. I received a letter from pencredit about a debt that i had already paid. I called and they asked to send a recipient to there email. I never heard anything back so I figured it was taken care of. Now I received a letter stating i didn't contact pen-credit and now its on my credit report. I called and immediately paid it. I would have done so first thing if they would have contacted me!! This is so unfair to hurt my credit for a debt i had already paid and now paid twice!! Please remove this from my credit report!!

  I completed a payment in full and asked for a receipt. They refused. I insisted that a receipt is a valid, in fact a usual request, for a payment. They refused my request for a receipt...saying it's not in their policies. I question any business that takes payments and refuse receipts. Highly questionable policies. Highly questionable corporation.

  They keep calling and asking me for personal information over the phone. They seem extreme fraudulent. The “agent” is super rude and unprofessional.

  Penn credit sent me a collection letter that states they are collecting for premium parking (whoever that is). They did not provide any information about the issue that they claim I was involved in. They say I owe this company $65 and now $40 in late fees, which is a total of $105. I have not had a parking ticket anywhere. There is no information or details about the parking issue. I believe that it is very unprofessional for them to request money when you are not aware of any of their stated circumstances. Mrs Mattox J****

  Got letter from Penn Credit saying I owe money to Publishers Clearing House from 2/21 and I do not owe this money. I paid them off. The account number that's on the debt collection paper isn't even mine. I want them to remove anything that says I owe them money off of all credit reports! I don't owe them any money.
