Good things at good prices. But don't by the flooring and the mattress. They are bad and pieces of flooring and mattress that not made well and received complaints on from furniture stores, then sold off to *****'s. Also if you make a return by credit or debit. The funds are taken from your account that day, but a return takes 4to 5 days to be returned to your account.

On the morning of 11/25/2024 my husband and genuinely liked the store off *****************. In Katy **** a little unorganized but that made it fun to find bargin items. When we got to the cashier at check out, ( a pretty young black girl) I asked if they had any early black Friday deals, she wasn't sure so. The cashier asked the manager (a middle aged white woman) if their were any early black Friday sales. The manager replied VERY rudely and loudly. On Friday we have black Friday! Now my husband and I went to a few different stores that morning and a couple of them had some specials already started, so it wasn't a stupid question, like she made it out to be.

They want to pick and choose who they want post card coupons too, if you do not use them they will stop sending them to you. And they do not why you can use them, very sad

My sister went to return a few items for me yesterday. She had the *********** circled what was to be returned for me. The cashier accused her of finding the receipt and going in the store n stealing the items. My sister tried to reason with him and assure him she did not steal. He proceeded in yelling...embarrassing her. She showed him her license. He continues to accuse her. The cops where called but she left. She was scared n crying when she called me and told me what happened. It was late n they were closed after I talked to her. I am going up this morning. Apparently she had forgotten her *********** am still out my money back n the products I bought .

My mother went to Ollies today July 21nd ( the *********, ** store). She took one foot inside the store and the older lady on the first cashier told my mom she couldn't come into the store because her bag looked homeless and she looked homeless. My mom, who is a nurse for home health and makes good money and takes care of herself, was just shocked and turned to leave and then turned back around and said" I am a nurse I have money but I'm never shopping here ever again because of what you said and how she was treated." The old lady said " I don't care." My mom left the store and called me crying saying " Do I look that bad and look homeless". I am so angry that she was treated this way. My mom is the nicest sweetest person I have ever met. She always puts people bef9re herself and I am lucky to have such an amazing kind mother and she is beautiful. We called the store and spoke to the manager. She said that policy is to leave bookings at the door. I explained that hers is a purse (my mom has an autoimmune disease and severe allergies so she has 6 emergency medicine, an epi pen, and inhaler so she can't leave her purse) and that the lady did not say that. She never mentioned leaving it up front. She said my mom wasn't allowed in the store because her purse looked homeless and she looked homeless. The manager apologized and was very understanding and then I was on hold for the corporate number but the call was lost. I just wanted Ollies as a business to know the experience my mother had. That older lady must be going thru something inside of her to treat and to speak to.people that way. And I'm sorry if she is going thru something but that doesn't excuse her behavior towards my mother. I'm disappointed in Ollies and the worker.

**Title: Very Disappointing Customer Service**I recently visited *****'s Bargain Outlet for the first time and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. While the prices were excellent and I found what I was looking for, the overall service left much to be desired. The cashier seemed new and was clearly trying her best, but she needed assistance from another employee who was more interested in her phone than helping. This senior staff member acted like she couldnt hear the cashiers requests for help, which was incredibly frustrating. When I asked about a membership card and the 15% enlistment bonus, no one provided any answers. I had to search online later to find the information myself. Its unacceptable to ignore customers and fail to answer basic questions. To make matters worse, I never saw any manager present to address these issues. Its concerning to see staff on their phones and neglecting customers. Someone needs to address this poor level of service.Despite spending around $220 and finding good deals, the customer service experience was horrible. Its a shame because the prices are great, but the service definitely needs improvement.

My family and I make a monthly trip to Ollies to see all the good deals that have. Most of the time we can find good deals and have a good experience. Other times the store is dirty and messy and that can be overwhelming, what makes us go back each month(or every few weeks) is the staff. The staff is very helpful at the front, and if we have any questions they are very knowledgeable. Over all we are pretty satisfied with the Ollies in ************** and will continue to shop there for all of our bargains & deals.

I have been to this ******************* ollies and have left my cart at front of store and this time I asked one of the workers she was rude n just very nasty. I swore st her and she asked Me to leave I told her I would leave but she continued to follow me outside n told me she was calling the cops I advised her not to waste their time but she kept on so I also called n advised the police that she followed me to my car n was continuing to confront me. I would sit n my car n wait gor my mom to come out of store. I have shopped there since the store opened. She turned her badge over so I couldn't see her name. N when I called m asked for her name they told me they couldn't give it to me n hung up.

This Ollie's in Casselberry, FL highered my Autistic daughter. She is the hardest worker, just doesn't always understand social nuances. She's the sweetest kid, and always wants to help everyone. She worked all the time, would go in anytime they called on her off day. The company is constantly on their employees about signing people up for their discount card and telling people they can get discounts. My daughter would scan her own discount card or give her own coupons to customers who didn't want to sign up for it (you know, because the company told her she's supposed to be trying to give these discounts). I've had employees at many different stores do things like that for me. Nobody ever told her she shouldn't. Nobody ever said anything until they treated her like a criminal, told her she lost $800 for them, trespassed her, and escorted her out!! when they asked her why she did it, she answered, "I was just trying to help." I understand not everyone really knows what autism is, and I understand this might be against their policy, but it could have and should have been handled very differently. This is extremely disgusting for a company to treat a disabled employee this way!

Hobart store very poor service! Cashier was on her Apple Watch while she should have been waiting on customers! Then said she spaced off…walked off when I asked for help for another customer behind me. Manager blamed me for their item being not marked. Cashier yelled at me, then accused me of yelling at her. Manager ten tried to blame me for the long lines. Will never return to that store again! Also very messy, no one on the floor to help.
