My wife purchased a bracelet for Christmas, they stated she could return if I didn't like it. When I tried to return they told me they would only do an exchange. On January 4th I was in their shop and **** showed me a few bracelets, I decided on one and he said he would order it and have it in 2 weeks, 3 weeks past, I called and they gave me the run around promising to call back, another week I called, spoke to ****, he gave me excuse after excuse and then said he would get back to me. Another week and he called said it was ordered, two more weeks I call and I'm told oh the one that came in was fake silver, we're going to try and get one ordered Monday. I just want a refund, it's been 6 weeks, they took back the original bracelet and I'm here with nothing.Business response

**** *******, Im responding to your letter we received on February 14 th 2022. Claim number ******** **** ******.
**** ****** purchased a silver bracelet on December 18 th 2021. ** ****** wanted a 100-gram
Silver bracelet to exchange which is a very heavy.
we did order it and with covid things are on back order. I did keep in contact with him, and I explained to him that the company was shut down for a
few weeks from covid ensured him it was ordered. On February 11, we received a call of ** ****** yelling and wanted his money back he was on his
way in to are store. We wrote him a receipt and gave him his refund in cash. I included in the letter and his signature he received a full refund.
