I bought ***** 2016 from them dated 09/17/22. Priced was $19000 Same end of the week eats engine oil I talk service manager he replied shouldn't that happen you keep driving I put the oil after 125 mile same thing no oil at all they call certified then they said it is not certified how they charged me $19000 for $9000 car. So they took the car send for repair to vw dealer they kept more then week I took it back. didnt change anything I talk to lawyer one he said he wont do it. I put the comments on their website they call me back they added $5000 which is totally unfair business took a break might get better but no it is worse tires worn out windshield wiper no good struts no good. I talk to them back again they replace the car for another $10000. I dont have good credit no job. I am paying back more than double. They have no shame car is already breaking down now battery sign is need to replace. When I talk to them they blamed i disrespect them which I didnt all I wanted fair deal for my money which they charged doubled price. They discriminated me because I am not white. I need your help or otherwise I pay free money to bank I need your help. They dont want resolve the issue but more money they want. I wait for your reply.
