      Date of purchase of vehicle 8/26/2022. I paid 1800$ to this business I bought the vehicle for 17,492. Credit Acceptance is canceling my contract. I refuse to find another financing company. I never received the registration and credit acceptance is the lender/financing company they never received the title with them as the lien holder. Do you suggest I get a civil lawyer?

      I purchased a **** ******** in feb. 2022 3500 down 17,000 dollar payoff amount till this day it is now December i have had my car for 10 months I took my car to get a alignment at **** ***** told me they wasn’t paying **** price of 127.00 that he knew a guy at finks garage that would do it for 50 dollars my alignment wasn’t right every since then about 2 months ago my water pump was leaking I took it there to get it fixed along with problems with my back tires I was going to call my warranty company ***** said no we will do it for 250 me not thinking my warranty is 250 deductible cause Ming you I bought the warranty for 36 months when I purchased the car! So the other day my car is sliding around the highway when it was raining an I’m scared to death cause I literally had no control over my car on the highway with my kids in the car! So I called for not credit connections cause I needed real answers to why my cat was acting like this an I just got it not to long ago so make a long story short I take my car to **** for a diagnoses an 9,000 dollars later my car is still in the shop the warranty denied my claim because there were 3 wrong tires on my car when I brought it that it messed my ptu up my axles my control arms my alignment my engine has a crack in it my water pump still leaking my valves are clogged full of oil all this from the wrong tires an all ***** said to me was I’m not doing nothing about it he was very rude an I will be filing a civil suit I don’t have that kind of money to pay I work hard for my money let alone I been out of work cause of this. Want all my compensation am I will get it

      On August 27th I purchased a vehicle from them, on September 2nd the engine blew up. They told me they would get the car fixed and back to me in a timely manner. It is now October 8th and after multiple attempts and them telling me the car would be done by a certain day I still don't have the car back.
