      On Tuesday, Dec 31, 2024, 3:06PM BuyBack Surgeon emailed me a prepaid **** Ground Advantage shipping label to buy my Iphon13 Pro (minor repair needed for camera lens) for $196.00 I shipped the phone using that label in a certified smartphone box that I obtained from ********** and it was package securely with the box and sealed with shipping tape. **** tracking says BuyBack Surgeon received it Jan 4th. Then today BuyBack Surgeon said the following "********************************************'s admin has posted you the note, please see detail note bellow Order ID: #******* Note: We received your box opened with nothing inside. Check with your local *********** if the device fell out or if there is a device missing in the route your package traveled.Regards, Buyback Surgeon"I believe they have indeed received the phone and told me lie, scamming me out of my iphone pro 13 that works great. So now I'm out of $196.00 which is the value of the phone that I sold to BuyBack Surgeon

      We talked to the customer today and have resolved this. Their box was received opened and empty and we are pursuing this with the **** in hopes to file a claim and find the device. This is a misfortunate situation, but has been resolved with the customer.

      Company offered a price and then lowballed. When they sent decives back they stole our original phone boxes we sent with the phones. This significantly devalues our resale potential.

      We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with your recent transaction. It's disheartening to hear that the offer you received did not meet your expectations, and that the original phone boxes were not returned with your devices.
      As part of our policy, we advertise that we are purchasing the phone only and not the boxes or any accessories. Our terms also clearly state that any boxes sent with the phones will be recycled. We strive to be transparent in our processes and genuinely regret that this has caused you inconvenience.
      Upon rechecking the devices, we found that their condition did not match the initially described categories. This affects the resale value and final offer.
      In our previous email, we mentioned the challenge of storing accessories during high-volume trade-in periods, like after a new iPhone release. To resolve this, we offered either compensation or to purchase replacement boxes for you.
      Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will do our best to resolve this promptly.

      I was quoted 471.00 for trade in amount on mint condition phone S22 Ultra 512GB unlocked fully paid. They received this and claimed there is burn in bleeding on my device. They provided pictures with burn ins that have icons appearing. Those screen layouts were from a different phone as the model phone and screen layout does not match anything I have ever had. I strongly believe they are trying to trick me into accepting much less. 12/15/2023 The company agreed to send device back but I do not trust they will send MY device back. I prefer to make an agreement and allow them to keep my phone for 350.00. I will come down from the 471.00 as a favor to put this behind us.

      Please cancel the above claim. We have come to an agreeable resolution. The company is 100 percent legit, and I apologize for bringing this matter to your attention. I was not expecting such a gracious response from this company. The owner Jason reached out to me directly and was quick to provide a perfect resolution. I would appreciate you marking this claim as resolved and please do not label this company as anything but professional.

      As I’m writing this, I am in the process of having one of my phones stolen from them. I sent them FOUR phones total and spoke to a lady through emailed name Sarah. Luckily, I wrote all my Serial numbers down as well as had copies of bill of sale for the two of the most expensive phones. Online they offered me $530 each for 2-12 Pro excellent condition. now they sent me an email and offer me $320 for only 1-12 Pro explaining they never received another. +2 damaged older phones for $10. I just sent numerous emails of videos of me packaging all four phones as well as going to the post office and sending everything out. I definitely will not let them get away with this. Luckily, I have all the information for all phones

      We have gotten in contact with this customer and the issue has been resolved. The 4th device was an LG that we do not have a purchase price, that was the only reason it was not included in the quote. Our mistake, and it has now been resolved!
