I bought a vehicle from this autosales back in the beginning of June. It was a 2011 ********* ********. I had it for 1 day and it stopped running on me, all the lights kept coming on and was unsafe for myself and my children. I tried to contact the dealership for over a week. Finally I was able to get in contact with Moises. He allowed me to bring the Traverse down to him. He had had the traverse for over a week. I contacted him every other day in regards to the truck. He finally gave me a loaner vehicle to use. I had that for about a week then received a phone call that the traverse I bought was not fixable. Moises the owner of the dealership agreed to let me keep the loaner that he gave me. I had the loaner for about a week week and a half and now it is not drivable. I received a phone call from Moises today asking me to please bring him the title to the traverse for he has taken it to the auction. The traverse is still in my name I have the title for it. When it was brought to his attention about the loaner vehicle not running he informed my father *********************** that he will not give me back my $5000 dollars and doesn't know what to tell me. So now I don't even have the vehicle that I purchased for $5000 dollars because it's sitting at an auction. With all mine and my childrens personal belongings in it. I am a single mother and bought a vehicle from him for $5000 dollars thinking I was going to get something safe and reliable. And now I have nothing and he will not give me my money back. I'm lost and not sure what to do. I do not have any proof of sale of the traverse for it is in the vehicle that he now took to the auction.
