My husband (*******************) Ordered me the *************************** ****** Country Boots on 12/30/21. 1/11/12 husband sent an email inquiring about the boots and when they would arrive; they replied back 1/12/22 with a response. Boots arrived a day or two later, however they were not the right ones, they were the "****** ****** Country boots". **** emailed them again on 1/16/22 inquiring about how to go about returning the boots. No reply from the company. **** emailed again on 1/24/22 asking to get reimbursed the $41.30 for shipping. We are aware that their website says they do not pay for return shipping, however we did not receive what we ordered- otherwise we wouldn't have sent them back if we had! I called 2/17/22 asking about our refund for the boots we returned and talked with a lady that day. Told her the situation and let her know we were looking to get reimbursed for shipping. We finally got credit back for the boots on 2/23/22, but no refund on the shipping noted. We would like the shipping costs refunded.
