On June 13th, 2017, the PA Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) filed an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance against Morgan Restorations Services d/b/a ServPro of Hershey/Swatara for failing to register as a contractor in accordance with the PA Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. Under the law, home improvement contractors who earn more than $5,000 a year are required to register every other year. Under terms of the assurance of voluntary compliance, the company received a fine of at least $500.
