I Ordered 11/11, they created an e-label 11/26, and there is still no change in status today. It's becoming apparent that they have some of the worst customer service and I keep getting funneled to the same rep that claims there is no supervisor speak with. I am afraid that once I get to my 30day purchase that there will be nothing that can be done to resolve this.Business response

In response to the complaint:
It appears most of our customer interaction took place over the phone. Attached is the communication we have with this customer via email. We typically give delayed packages some time to update per the recommendation on the USPS FAQ page. In this case, we sent a replacement device via ***** on 12/3 via priority overnight shipping, and provided the tracking information on 12/6. The tracking information for the new package is as follows: https://www.**************************************************************************** and shows delivery on 12/6. We received no response from the customer after the communication in the attachment.
