I signed up with Therapy notes for a 30 day free trial. I had a lot of problems with their platform and was given a second, 30 day free trial. Within the second, 30 day free trial period I advised them over the phone that I wanted to terminate my account as their platform was very buggy and I could not get various features to work. I was advised that "no further action" would be needed and that my account would be terminated. Since that day, which was well over two month ago, I have not once signed into my account and they were able to verify this 11/4/22. On 11/4/22 I noticed that Therapynotes had charged me $49 and two monthly payments of $114. I called their customer service and was transferred to "Rob" in sales. Rob told me that my contract states they can continue billing me, regardless of someone telling me "no further action" was required on my behalf when canceling previously and that I would need to log into my account to cancel myself. I canceled AGAIN on 11/4/22 and I let Rob know that by me doing so was in no way me accepting his response. He stated he would submit a "ticket" but that he was not authorized to provide a refund. I have never seen a company with such deceptive billing practices! I did not use this product. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ROB STATED HE COULD NOT REFUND ME AFTER MY ACCOUNT HAD ALREADY BEEN CANCELED TICKET  #*******
