    On June 27th 2022, Anju, Ower of Aanchal Apparel & Accessories, was paid $550 by money order to provide a FULL alteration to my wedding gown purchased at Unveiled, which is where she was a in house seamstress at the time. I asked for a receipt from Auju several times and didn't receive one until Sunday August 28th when I went into what was supposed to be my final dress fitting. When Auju walked into the room she greeted me with a very nasty attitude and stated " I heard you were looking for me". I replied with " in-fact I was because you have never provided me with a receipt." In response she stated " I have it here, also, your dress isn't done" she proceeded to pulled my gown out of the bag, the dress had been cut up with material hanging from it, the pins that were placed on the dress that day in June had not been removed which indicated that she had don't very little work to my dress ( I will attatch pictures of my dress from the first appointment and last ), which later was confirmed that she placed bra cupping in the gown ( which had to be cut out being they were done so terribly ), added a button to the back ( which had to be removed), and did a horrible rush job on the shoulder straps, which again had to be done correctly by the new seamstress. I was lost for words to find that with my wedding being just 13 days away I had no wedding gown. After finding that Anju had done little to nothing to my gown after having it for over 3 months I request a full refund of the monies paid to her because she did not render the services that she was paid for. She refused to refund my monies even though I had not received the services and had to seek services elsewhere. She did not complete my gown, she caused lots of pain and suffering, stress, and much more because of her broken promise. All I am asking is to be refunded what I'm rightfully owed because she did not do the work. She has since blocked me from reaching out to her when I requested a refund.

    Hello! Heres the follow up answer. There was no written contract but I paid the money order to Anju.
