The whole process was easy and painless. I searched online first, and my goal was to find affordable roofers in my area. There were many positive reviews for McClellands Roofing, so I made an appointment for a free estimate with *****, and she confirmed the day before. ****** arrived on time and thoroughly described my gutter repair issue. He took pictures of the problem to show me exactly what was wrong and gave me a detailed written estimate, describing every aspect of the job. He even replaced my chimney cap while he was up there! He was extremely friendly and helpful. :D We opted to replace the gutter guards with higher-quality ones, as ****** suggested. They are also doing the gutter cleaning and are making sure the gutters are sloped properly. I could easily see how the original ones failed and why they failed by the pictures he took. They will be back to do the work in a few weeks, and the price was less than what I expected!
