I purchased a hot tub from Spring Dance on February 26, 2021. Approximately a week after delivery the hinge that holds the lid up broke ripping the leather trim on the lid. I called in to notify Spring Dance to report the issue. The sent someone to fix the hinge. The employee that fixed the hinge indicated that he would notify his manager of the tear in the lid. I called back to follow up and Spring Dance asked me to submit pictures which I did. I followed up again after a few weeks and was told that they needed to send out another person to take another set of pictures, which they did. I followed up again, leaving several messages. An employee that was appointed to help me advised that Spring Dance was going to replace the lid. Tht was approximately 3 months ago. Over the past 6+ months I have called 14 times to resolve this isssue and have invested countless hours trying to get Spring Dance to communicate a resolution regarding how it was going to uphold its obligations under the warranty. If they do not rectify this, I will file suit.
