    This company rips people off for thousands. Take out a 2500 loan and charged 13000. Which is just appalling. They don’t follow new legislation laws that were passed. The scam people to make them believe it’s a great business. I want some the 13000 back cuz that is just ridiculous. So hoping better business bureau can help with that. The staff is rude and don’t care about the clients. They just want to make a quick buck.

    This is ****'s 2nd time complaining to the BBB about our company.  The first BBB complaint was resolved amicably.

    **** has an ATTORNEY that handles her financial affairs when it comes to our funding.  We had multiple conversations with a LICENSED ATTORNEY about ****'s file and what is in the best interest of ****.

    What **** is not telling the BBB is that she made an financial arrangement with our company to NOT PAY US in full out of the first personal injury case she had.  She desired to ROLL OVER her balance to her second case.

    With sympathy, we agreed.

    When it came time to pay us back from the second case, she FORGOT about that arrangement and didn't want to adhere to the deal that she originally made.

    As you can see from our contracts, we accepted nothing more than what was owed, signed for, and agreed upon.

    I took out a loan against a pending lawsuit. They approved 1000 told me it was a 8.9% rate. It came to light when the lawsuit was settled it was 899% and they charged me 5000 on top of the original 1000 and I don’t think that’s right. They don’t go over the contract with you. They don’t discuss anything with the client to help them understand before they get ripped off.

    The customer is incorrect in her statements.  She did not take out 1 advance.  She took out THREE.  Her attorney reviewed and agreed upon the desired payback structure.  The first two advances were paid back at a loss to our company so that she can put settlement proceeds in her pocket.  The third funding was going to realize any profits.  

    I also spoke to her attorney and told her we would accept LESS if the case warrants a reduction.  At this time, the customer did not payback any amounts on the third funding due to the case not settling yet.

    The customer reviewed and signed our agreement.  Her attorney reviewed and signed our agreement.  Any payback amounts were discussed and agreed upon by her attorney.  We abided by her contract and her counsel throughout the tenure of her process.
