    I had a terrible experience with this train tour. I paid $85 for three seats for the Dome car tour. When I got on the train, there were no seats available. I informed the conductor about it. She couldn't find any seats for the three of us. She suggested that the office be informed about this bad experience. We stood on the train for 30 minutes, and my legs hurt. I informed the office about this experience and requested a partial refund for the inconvenience. They acknowledged this but never provided me with any refund. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.
