              JBT is a joke. They repeatedly ask for proof if insurance by letter, even though my agent sends it to them every time my policy renews. When I call to make sure that JBT received a copy of the policy, their customer service reps are useless. They won't tell me if it was received. They threaten in the letter to charge me for insurance at an outrageous price. They also will not allow me to submit proof of coverage, it must come from an agent. I have other loans that are not this difficult to work with. Be prepared for poor customer service if you deal with this bank.
