    I have contacted the business last week in regards to a replacement Mini Heating Brush per my warranty. I've received no answer and all of the phone lines are disconnected. I expect full replacement per my warranted to be fulfilled.

    I purchased a Sapphire Flat Iron in the color Pink for $89.99. At the time of my purchase they had a special deal going on that customers would receive a free Lifetime Warranty along with their purchase. This Lifetime Warranty is listed on my receipt. The order date, employees name, employees number, and order number are also included on my receipt. I attempted to reach out to the company via their website and it does not exist. I also attempted to reach out to the company via their phone number numerous times, but still no response. I am considering filing a claim against this Sapphire is this is not resolved ASAP!

    I bought a 2 flat irons in 2019 at the mall. It has broken and I mailed it in along with the proper paper, receipt, $20 check. It cost $11 to mail only for Sapphire to refuse my package and refused to forward. It was sent back to me. I have tried to email the company without a response, the phone number isnt accepting incoming calls. I would like for Sapphire to honor their warranty and replace my product

    I sent my $20 check with my original receipt and the warranty card. Also, the damaged straightener. It has been 11 months. The warranty specify that there is a lifetime warranty so I followed their instructions on the card. Now I am waiting for my replacement straightener. Thanks.

    Hi. It was the king of Prussia, PA address. That is where I sent the $20 check with the warranty card and the bad straightener all in original box. If you need more information; just email me again.
