Boscov's Convenient Return Policy states that for any purchase a consumer is not completely satified with they will replace, exchange, or refund the price that was paid, exceptions apply.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder's account the refund will be issued as a Merchandise Credit Card. These guidelines do not apply to any products sold as clearance merchandise, floor samples, 'as-is' merchandise or to merchandise purchased for commercial use. Misuse of merchandise voids all return/warranty policies.
