      I purchased furniture from ****** and they replaced it three times due to manufacture defect. I filed another claim and submitted pictures and backup and now they say it is normal wear and tear. We do not sit on this sofa and have the pictures from when it was delivered and now and they are the same. I also have the pictures of the set on the showroom floor and it is fine. It is Lazy Boy furniture and Lazy Boy will do nothing to help me since I purchased from a store. VERY UNHAPPY and will NEVER buy furniture from their store again.

      We closed our ********** husband pays our bills as we receive them.He mailed a check for our last one 1/2/2025..Boscovs sent a late fee bill..They said we were late..they posted the check 1/21/2025..It don't take 3 weeks to get a check..He canceled our credit card that had nothing on but this late fee..I love shopping there but no more..wonder how many times people get ripped off..

      Do not open an account with **********************, !! The bank "*************" that services the Boscov credit card is a predatory lender.I have file a complaint with ******************* and Federal consumerprotection. I closed my acc. bank sent me a letter stating my balance was zero,then the next month said i owed a late ******* every month they charge me a late fee on a late fee

      I was charged with an updated purchase for a blanket that was originally 10 dollars and I was perfectly comfortable with spending only to get up charged the day before delivery for it to be three times the amount that I did not approve of! This has to be illegal because I only approved to pay the original amount listed not this sudden updated charge I got an email for at one in the morning. I will be calling my bank to put a stop to this and never going to this fraudulent company again

      The order total as submitted by the consumer, was *****. There was not an upcharge or a duplicate charge. ****** will record a pending transaction for the amount of the order which will be reversed by ****** after we collect the funds when the order ships.

      Boscov's Sell junk furniture at high prices.... then you need to wait months to get it resolved to get it replaced because the manufacturer doesn't have it in stock. While you're paying a monthly bill for furniture you can't even sit in. Unacceptable. If the manufacturer can't hold up its warranty in a timely manner.... quit selling the junk furniture. We bought a sectional and within 3 months 3 of the pieces have broken. Been waiting almost 3 months for replacement...... nothing. Stay away from Boscov's.....

      Fraudulent advertising. Shows free shipping but the company will hold your order until you agree to pay more than the original shipping charge. If you ask customer service they will not tell you how you get free shipping, only that they have to charge extra shipping because items are "shipped from store". Terrible company.

      I had a fraudulent charge post to my account. I contacted Boscov to inquire. The package was still in transit. Instead of intercepting the package and refunding my purchase, they directed me to file a dispute with my bank. I worry a fraud may be occurring within Boscov. This is typical when these low charges occur because it isn't expected to be followed through on the dispute. I am unsure why Bocov's management was unwilling to just credit back the charge since it was not yet delivered.

      Fraud is not occurring within Boscov's. When we become aware that merchandise has been purchased fraudulently we will attempt to recover the items. However, an intercept is not possible with all service levels utilized for our shipments with USPS and FedEx. Additionally, when an individual is a victim of fraud, it is in their best interest to dispute the charge with the credit card company to stop further fraudulent activity on the account. Issuing a refund to a compromised account is not a means to the end of securing that account. We are sorry to hear you are the victim of fraud and encourage you to work with your credit card company to resolve the matter and protect your account in the future.

      Refuse to permit us to extend our payment date. As seniors we are on a fixed income and want o pay everyone . Sometimes it takes time to get the payment to them on the same date the payment goes into our bank account. It causes a payment in our account for overdrafts.

      They do not honor their warranty or sell quality products when it comes to furniture. I would also recommend avoiding the catnapper line of products which are made shoddily.

      Boscov's upholds the manufacturer 1 year warranty for furniture. That covers repairs of furniture up to the manufacturer standards. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the furniture for specific information or contact customer service at *************.

      Boscov's sells EXTREMELY terrible quality items online and tells customers they need to pay to return it. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I bought 14 "soft" towels from Boscov's online. They are just as soft as sandpaper. Terrible product. Do not buy from Boscov's online.
