              I took my car to this business. The business was deceptive telling me 119.00 to check the car snd file the warranty. The manufacturer warranty ran out years ago and they knew this. The car was there last year under the extended warranty I purchased the service manager told me they don’t keep records of warranties that were in the past. I got all the info and got it to the service manager he made a phone call to them and charged me 50.00 for the call taking my bill to 180.00. I paid 180.00 for a tech to tell me what was wrong with the car and it wasn’t covered under warranty. We went to get the car and Faulkner couldn’t even put a charge on the battery. I had to get a tow truck driver to jump start the car. Took the car to my mechanic snd found the battery was sll that was wrong.

              Purchased new vehicle 11/19/22. State paperwork not submitted by dealership till 1/30/23. Temp registration expired 2/16/23, so I can not drive my vehicle till paperwork is processed. Contacted dealer several times since 1/24/23. This week, was promised a loaner car to use till this is resolved, however, they never called me again, and when I call there, I get sent to someone's voice-mail. I've had to rent a car in the meavoice-mail. which I expect full reimbursement from them. Contacted the GM customer complaint office, and they attempted to speak to someone, but also got voicemail. Very disappointing to know I'd taken my business there based on my prior purchase there years ago. Obviously, things have changed since then, and not for the better.
