    We ordered ***** Live Superworms. They arrived in 2 days after the order was shipped in perfect condition! Not one superworm was dead or defective. These are large healthy superworms and we are very pleased!Great company to work with, response time on email inquiries is in 24 hours.*********************

    I placed my first order of 250 crickets, and unfortunately, a small number didnt survive the trip. I reached out via email and received a response within 24 hours letting me know a replacement shipment was already on the way, along with tracking info. The replacement box arrived quickly and contained more than enough crickets to make up for the loss. Ill definitely be ordering from them again.

    I have been ordering from critter depot for two years now and it has been fantastic. I had an issue with my last order of superworms when I received smaller worms than ordered. I emailed and they provided quick feedback and correction to the issue. And unless you have your own colonies of ****** you will not find a better price anywhere.

    I would give them zero stars if possible. I dont know what exactly is happened. I never used to have a problem with them but now my last two orders I ordered a dozen greenhorns and only got about six complained. They said they would send my order out right away took over seven days to get the order and when I got the order, half of my dozen green horns are dead. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

    Ordered 1000 crickets died overnight refused to respond and when they did they sent me another package that went ********** when I'm from pa I'm set up for a monthly recurring thing I have to go up and cancel my checking account and open another one just because they won't respond horrible company guys please beware

    DO NOT BUY FROM THE CRITTER DEPOT! We ordered 1000 crickets and the shipping service they used refused ****** to deliver the crickets. I messaged CRITTER DEPOT several times and they refused to respond! Finally after 2 weeks the **** tried to return to sender but were unable to do so. They eventually ended up on our mailbox bagged and all dead. I contacted the CRITTER DEPOT once again, sending photos and suggesting they file a claim with the **** but I once again got no response! I was forced to file a charge back with my bank and was finally reimbursed. This was a horrible experience. This company cannot be trusted. Will never buy from them again! BUYER BEWARE!

    Every single time Ive ordered Im missing something. The post office never holds them for pick up because theyre never labeled, so live animals go to a postal locker. I contacted them about not getting my items ( or getting them alive ) and they never responded. So now Im out of $80.

    Never received my item my chicks called post office got a hold of try to get a hold of critter Depot they never answer don't trust this company rip me off with $60 really need the chicks for a kids get together party.

    This company has really gone down hill. They charge you and ship a week or two later. Then they send a 10th of what you pay for. Refuse to take responsibility for anything. The last order , 500 super worms, came with 13 worms and dead. They wont reply to an email and have no phone number.
